I visited the Verizon store at 7th Avenue and Bell Road to get assistance with transferring data from an old device to a new one. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Josiah, who provided truly outstanding service.
Unbeknownst to me, I arrived just 10 minutes before closing. Josiah never mentioned the time and made no effort to rush me. Instead, he patiently and professionally guided me through the entire process. I had been dealing with several personal technical challenges that left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, but Josiah’s calm demeanor and friendly conversation helped ease my stress and made the experience much more manageable.
His professionalism and commitment to excellent service made a lasting impression. Verizon is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-focused team member.

This location is only helpful if you're buying something or adding a line. In the event that you need help with your account they tell you to kick rocks and call tech support or figure it out online. Well maybe Verizon can kick rocks and we'll bundle our services with Cox Mobile.

Was profiled in markdown as fraud by the manager, after I was approved for ten k, even though I end up getting it fixed an hour later, I still would like you guys to know they are racist there and I can't wait back to go get my new phone that they have to sell me now

Never use this Verizon. I believe there are all woke DEI higher. I came in here cause I lost the phone and before we could process it and set it up they call my wife for a passcode. She said somebody just called from the grocery store and has your phone to go get it so I went and got it. They charged me for the new phone $800 they charge me $212 to pay off my old phone and they charged me another $12 fee and kept the phone. I have to call the police to get my $800 taken off of my Verizon bill. That’s how good the store is.

Gerardo has been fantastic. Assisting me with a major problem that has nothing to do with him but an entirely different location all together.
He made it clear he was trained at Verizon with integrity, that's what they stand for and that's what he tries to uphold everyday. So far, I can say that is obvious and stands true. Thank you, Gerardo!

Everyone who works here obviously hates thier job and we the consumers experience that.

Andrew helped me purchase my first iPhone yesterday. He sat with me and answered all my questions and had a great attitude. Highly recommend asking for him if you are making an appointment!

Went in with question of "would I be charged a roaming charge in Canada? " A young salesman with dark hair and a gold chain said "Yes you are roaming." So I said I would be charged?"
"No you are not charged." Went back and forth with this till he told me that there is no charge in Canada. Got the feeling that he was messing with the old guy and the other workers near by looked on and could tell I was getting frustrated. They did nothing. Went to a different location and got my answer right off the bat and the salesmen checked my account just to be sure. Will not go to this location for help or service.

I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and female that helped me add a bunch of services to me account that I did not give authorization and my phone would not download nothing to my phone when I got home. When I went back to have them fix what she screwed up they would only help me for a price. Beware of this store and the people that work there

Took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me being in the store. Then after they greeted me and checked me in, they helped the person who came in after me first. Once I was finally helped, I had to compromise on the phone I wanted, which fine, thats whatever. They had no problem charging me immediately and trying to shoo me out the door, but I wanted to make sure my phone worked. They got it connected to wifi and made sure that my phone number worked on the device and once again shooed me out, saying that I should be able to handle all the rest of the setup on my own, but if I did need help to come back to the store. Well I go out to my car to sit down and set up my phone, and it says I cant log in without my old device... which is in the bottom of a lake... I go back in and speak to someone different to tell them I actually cant finish my setup and she told me thats an apple problem and they cant do anything about it, then grabbed my phone without asking trying to force me to do a fresh phone setup which is not what I wanted! Try asking for consent before grabbing! So when I asked at the very beginning of this entire fiasco if I would have any problems since I did not have my old phone, I was told no not at all. Thanks for the overpriced paperweight I guess?

In December 2022, I reported 2 out of 4 phone stolen to the phone company. Customer service and I went back and forth for 6 months. Making false promises, not documenting correctly and not willing to work with me. They tried to charge me over $3k and refused to work with payment arrangements. And they told me they weren't charging me for the phones on multiple occasions but lied about it. My phone bill charges were higher than originally discussed. So left them completely due to the issues and false advertisement. Now I don't recommend anyone going there. My family has had issues with them in the past as well. Now I gotta sue the individual for stealing the phones and their phone bill at the time. As verizon refused to resolve this matter in a timely matter. Now I'm without a phone. For over a year now.
