If you're paying Russell at Victory Electronics using Venmo be sure to add buyer protection. The item I purchased was not cheap. After talking to him on the phone before sending the payment I had a good feeling that he'd stand behind the 30 day warranty so I didn't add the buyer protection. When my item arrived it was not fully functional like he said it was. Then, he stopped responding to emails when I asked for a partial refund because it didn't work right. Now I am just stuck and out several hundred dollars. So much for a 30 day warranty. Buyer beware with this scammer.

So glad I saw their ad on Craigslist! Such a fun place, full of surprisingly high-end appliances and weirdly random other stuff (like surfboards and mini arcade games!) Very friendly staff too.
