Great staff. It had been 20 years since my last eye appt due to a traumatic experience with another facility. The ladies were fantastic and accommodating to my nerves and made me feel comfortable.

This place is a joke. Rude and unhelpful. I called someone there to verify they took my insurance and verified the location. When I got there they said they didn't remember speaking to me. I had just called.

I had such a wonderful experience that I had to share a review! This was my first time setting up an appointment at this location and everyone was so friendly. From the receptionist to the doctor to the eyeglass specialists at the end of the visit it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

This entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I went to our appointments together and felt as if we were already friends with these folks. It was a fun experience to be treated with genuine kindness.

Great place to purchase glasses they had a good selection of higher end classes I still would’ve like to see more choices in some of the better name brands. The customer service was excellent. It took about a week and a half to get my prescription. I ordered both sunglasses and eyeglasses. Everything was great. I wish it could’ve been a little quicker but the staff was excellent there and they did everything they could to make sure my end product was exceptional

Went here to finally cash in on work benefits I hadn't used in years.Copay after copay I finally got my exam done. The girls up front were very very nice but handed me a tablet with someone else's information on it and asked me to sign saying it didn't matter it was not my name and information, I did not and they corrected it by typing in my name, which is likely what made the problem here. The doctor who did the exam was very nice and easy to work with. Once the exam was done I was sent out to pick a set of frames - the overall selection is very small and they had next to no frames like the ones I was wearing. This was highly disappointing but the insurance paid for the frames. Next came the add-ons and coatings. They are all listed in abbreviations and codenames and is very confusing. I chose to go with some basic scratch resistant, blue light blocking and level 1 antiglare.After the add-ons the total price for the glasses was around $70. The gentleman who helped me get the order placed was helpful and tried explaining why there were so many options. Having no experience with using work insurance, he assured me that my plan should reimburse me. They did not and I'm on the hook for over $100.Once the order was placed I was told to expect them to arrive within two weeks and that I would receive a text message. 3 weeks went by, during this time I kept checking back through the website and automated line. Both kept saying order pending. When I went into the store today they had a drawer full of new glasses waiting to be picked up and my glasses were among them. The woman who helped me seemed to think it was funny their "systems weren't working" and nobody was being notified. Could this have been from them changing the name on the tablet when I first came in for the exam. Who knows. Overall, the experience wasn't too bad but customer service was terrible and the reason I have given this place such a low score.

Things I want from a vision retail establishment: Friendly courteous people, prompt service, modern vision equipment, excellent optometrist, fine selection of frames, timely delivery, great outcome on my finished product.This Visionworks delivers. The optometrist is particularly knowledgeable and friendly!

They say they've had a turnover of staff since their poor reviews. I want to assist in undoing that. I'm a difficult customer. The store where I finally made the decision on glasses was so heavily micro-managed and not a pleasant experience, I turned down purchasing and came back to this store for the sell. Despite my frequent visits due to my inability to make a decision and how busy they seemed to be, they were always very friendly, welcoming and happy to see me. Despite knowing they were going to have to put away a lot of glasses and likely not make a sale. I was always treated with understanding. Despite my qwerks, never being made to feel bad about myself. I can't speak for the doctors as I got my prescription at a different store, however, I would gladly work with any of their sales people when purchasing.

Terrible service and complete waste of time. Their follow up is atrocious. I do not recommend this place. I paid for an eye/contact exam. When I went back to order my glasses and contacts they could not find me in the system. I waited for 2 hours when I finally decided to leave they told me someone will call me when they found me in the system. No one did. I went back a third time and they did not have Any info again. They kept blaming their new system. How long can you use the excuse of "its a new system" No one knows what they are doing. No one knows what's going on.
