I stopped by today, and The Vitamin Shoppe had a great selection of products to choose from! I was helped by Jacob and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the right products.

I shop at this location regularly because it is close to where I work. The staff is not knowledgeable and has sub par customer service. They are often closed for lunch breaks due to inadequate staffing. Overall it just seems this location is poorly managed and has little to no leadership. I would not shop here if I could avoid it.

I would recommend going to Vitamin Shoppe! I wasn't sure what supplements I needed but with the knowledge of Brad, he recommended the best supplements to help with me not sleeping and my stomach issues. I am now sleeping better and my digestive system is much happier! Thank you Brad and The Vitamin Shoppe for helping me and improving my life without more prescription medicines! I am forever grateful!

Show up at 6:45 to make a quick purchase and the doors are already locked with no one in sight. The posted hours clearly state they close at 7 pm. They lost not only my purchase but the purchases of two other sales from other people trying to get into the store the same time I was. This is my usual spot but if I can't go in when it's clearly store hours I will go elsewhere.

You know, initially i was totally going to give this place 5 stars. Let me give you the full breakdown as far as why they dropped down to a 3.My husband purchased a box of one bars for me as a surprise. As much as I love one bars i however hate certain flavors. Cinnamon roll being one of them. Of course this is the one he did buy. He handed me a bar(not open) and i instantly made a face. Keep in mind i am 13 weeks pregnant and certain foods just make me sick thinking of it this being one. I told him I don't like this flavor and would exchange it for another flavor. He lost the receipt in the past few weeks somewhere. Probably in the trash. And couldn't remember what day he had bought it.So fast forward to this prior week. I go in and the assistant manager tells me that he cannot help me what so ever. Can't even say let me check or let me talk to my manager....Nothing. Keep in mind that the policy on vitamin shoppes website states as follows:"Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days" .A little odd....right?So i called vitamin shoppe they confirmed what their policy online said but can't make him do anything. But to try another store. When another store is well over a 30 min drive minimum. With a toddler in the car? Hard pass. I go home, send an email to vitamin shoppe and I'm returned with pleasantries from the store manager at the store i was just in stating that he would be able to help me with my exchange. Awesome!!!I go in this morning and am greeted (by the store manager) with after switching out products to "what the assistant manager said was correct and was following my direction" EXCUSE ME WHAT????So it's in your own policy to not help the customers with products purchased within a vitamin shoppe???? Pardon me? That your store is completely on its own terms and can't follow your companies online policy??? Assuming this is like a one time thing and it will never happen again for anyone else? Great to know. So make sure to keep that in mind that they won’t be willing to help you willingly if you do something like I did. Okay….I will never be purchasing from another vitamin shoppe after this. Not worth the headache. As nice as it was to exchange my product today i cannot say that I understand this companies standards of things. So online says one thing but you really don't follow it or want to follow it? I’m just a at A complete loss for words.You lost a long time customer vitamin shoppe. Congratulations.So from what have easily been an easy 5 star review it's dropped to a 3 only because I was able to get my store credit. God forbid. What a crime. Lose your receipt and get told they really don’t want to help you but are doing it out of the grace of god. Thank you my lord and savior for doing me Such humane justice.

Went in today for pre-work, creatine, and vitamins! The guy working there (didn’t get his name ) was so helpful honestly, the man told me so many facts about everything and gave me good information about the things I bought. Recommend going there!
