I'm absolutely finished with the pharmacy here. No communication and has left me without crucial meds more than once. I've come to the conclusion that it's this location in particular because when I have been left without meds I called the 24 hr Walgreens farther away and they've filled it for me with no issues and immediately. I'm switching to a mail service after years of using this Walgreens. My health is not worth the risk of working with the Chandler & 40th St location anymore.

God awful. Put me on hold 7 times while I call to ask about my medication which has been submitted and in process for 3 days. I ask if they can fill it for me within the next hour as I am leaving town and tomorrow is a holiday. The lady who answered the phone (finally) was short with me and said "no, we are understaffed and we'll have it for you later today".It looks like I'll be waiting several days to get my medication due to being out of town which will once again impact my treatment plan due to this pharmacy's staffing and logistical issues. I recommend avoiding walgreens (or at the very least this location) at all costs.

If you know a girl on accutane you know how difficult it is to deal with ipledge. There's a strict 7 day window to pick up medication, and if you don't you have to submit a THIRD pregnancy test. At my old pharmacy my prescription was delayed for a full 7 days. I panicked on the 7th day and started calling every open Walgreens in Phoenix. Tiffany really helped me out and made sure my prescription was ready within minutes so that I could pick it up before my window closed. She was so pleasant and helpful!! My experience with her is the reason for the 5 star review

Going downhill fast. Pharmacy is so short handed they don't even try to be helpful or courteous. Going to have to change my pharmacy. So sad, 20+years doing business with them.

This is the worst pharmacy/service that I have ever seen in my entire life. They messed my medication up every month for 5 months in a row. They should not be allowed to even be in business. It's really sad and scary that they're allowed to be operating.

So I totally understand that the state of the world today impacts businesses. I'm not an unreasonable person. But when my pharmacy that arguably is vital to keeping me healthy can't keep business hours as posted, there's zero excuse for that. We aren't running a drug business out of our house fellas. You had hours posted, you've reduce the hours posting new hours. And you still can't consistently stick to those? Why don't you just put it on your app, your website, or even on your phone service that your hours may vary wildly from day to day? At least that way I know in advance that I can't rely on you for prescription refills, and I should go to a different location that actually does have staffing. I can't help but notice a bunch of Walgreens have shut down in the East Valley, maybe we just have too many Walgreens in the area? On a good note, the store itself is clean and well-kept, the retail section has friendly enough people, and I do like having photo available.

Worst customer service ever! 3 times last month system is down and cannot complete a transaction therefore have to make a second trip. Drive through been closed for 6 weeks. Changing pharmacy and won't ever cross the threshold ever again!

We've been using this Walgreens pharmacy since 1994 and have been happy with them. Now they're having trouble filling a regular prescription for better than a week. Maybe it's because of COVID, maybe it's because no one wants to work for them, it doesn't matter why they aren't filling prescriptions and are unable to say when they might, we just need confidence in the competence of pharmacy filling our prescriptions. The good news is the pharmacy down the street is apparently not hampered by whatever has hobbled Walgreens and are happy to take the work.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the absolute worst. 72 hours to fill an antibiotic, it's an antibiotic needed for infection. Hello, you should do better for non maintenance medications. Never going back here ever again. Rude rude rude!

Do not bring your prescription here. I'm suffering from dizziness and pain and ALL I wanted was for them to answer the phone to transfer my prescription to the area I'm currently in and they answered after 30 mins on hold to only hang up in my face. I've been on hold all morning now. My mom has to drive me to another Walgreens to see if they can get in contact with them faster. Hey sad.
