Always issues with insurance or just filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Idk if they are understaffed, over worked, or both but this location isn't good.Most locations fill in a few hours. This location might fill in a day unless you call and ask them what's going on.

Worst management of a pharmacy ever. Don't have to call them either. 20 minutes on the hold loop with one person ahead of me. My call gets dropped. Pharmacist asks questions about my pain meds like he's my pain management doctor. He would do better if he got this pharmacy in shape.

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered... Every single time I go to pickup medications sent in by a doctor they are NEVER ready, and they will not answer the phone to take questions. They will just continue to immediately put you on a hold.

They never answer the phone.. waiting. 25 minutes to over an hour is ridiculous. I highly doubt anyone in the store has been waiting for an hour and a half to be helped.

I cannot complain about the long wait times, when staff is low. I still receive my meds and the staff are courteous. Thank you!

By far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my life! They are always low in stock on items! The staff is not friendly. And the pharmacy, what a disgrace! Talk about a way to make the company look bad. They are the worst of the employees. They have messed up my medication dosages so many times that now, I go home to check if I have the exact amount! They never order my medication on time. When I call and they can't pick up they let the line ring or they answer and say hold and don't even say please or wait for your response and put you on hold for 10-20 minutes. I once tested this to see how long I would be put on hold by the time I make it to their pharmacy... when I got there, they had one car ahead of me and no one in the store. Once I got to the drive through window, I saw there were several employees talking and the only person working was the pharmacist. AND they still didn't answer the phone. Total of 25 minutes. There's a Hispanic male pharmacist who has no social skills and I swear is the one who messes up my prescriptions every time! I am at the point where now, I'm taking my business to CVS! The corporate offices need to look into this location and getting them some serious help on length of service and customer service skills!

Used to be great and much better than Fry’s but have gone downhill the last few months. Refuses to do any actual work to help patients; things like looking up what other pharmacy has inventory of a medication you really need and just tells you to call around to all the pharmacies instead.

We recently changed our health insurance and can only use a Walgreens pharmacy. We previously used 2 other pharmacies and were having horrible issues with both of them from being short staffed, not having the medications and really lacking on giving a crap. Here though we have gotten our medications pretty quickly, the staff are very helpful, I have even received phone calls from the staff making sure I was doing ok with the new medication I had recently started which I haven't gotten that from any other pharmacy. It's been a great change and I hope it stays this way.

I have started going to this pharmacy recently and for all my visits so far, the male pharmacist (Michael Holmes) has always been super friendly and extremely helpful! He always have ones best interest at heart and I am not exaggerating! We've had some issues and he never shy away from offering his help in getting things resolved. He has patience and always show willingness to help. He is so knowledgeable and gives expert advice. I can't thank this pharmacist enough. There aren't enough people in this world like you and for the industry you're in, this is the best of the best. Please don't ever leave!
