I have had so many issues with the pharmacy and pharmacist not filling my prescriptions and lying to me about not receiving them.Pharmacist does not read past history regarding medical history before not filling scripts.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacy. I am forced to call into this pharmacy every month to check if they have my medication in stock. There hasn't been a single time that I have been on hold for less than 15 minutes. Just to check availability.

If I could give negative stars I would. This pharmacy has the most incompatant and lazy pharmacy staff I have ever met. They are rude unhelpful. We moved everything to a different Walgreens and they have been wonderful. Don't ever go there they don't care about their customers.

Rude pharmacy staff! Baby, it’s time for a new job if you are so miserable to help people that you will go out of your way to make them feel like a burden by calling your JOB where you WORK for help… I wish a knew the rude young lady’s name but I wish her the best and a new amazing job she lives, because pharmacy tech is not for her.

Nothing but issues here. Not receiving prescriptions from multiple places when called and confirmed they were electronically sent. Understaffed. Have had incidents of having to come back multiple times after waiting 4 hours for prescriptions while repeatedly told it would be 20 minutes. This will be my last time with Walgreens, save your sanity and go somewhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER TOOK IN MY YEARS OF GOING TO THE PHARMACY!!! THESE PHARMACISTS WANT TO ACT HIGH IN POWER LIKE THEY HAVE DOCTORS DEGREE ! THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET OXY SUPPLEMENTS TREATING THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE JUNKIES ! ITS NONE IF THERE BUSINESS WHAT KIND OF SUPPLY WE GET FOR ARE PAIN ! THEY TRY TO OVERRIDE A DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION! NOT KNOWING WHAT KIND OF PAIN WE HAVE RECIEVE AFTER SURGERY! AT THE HOSPITAL! STOP PRETENDING TO BE WANNA BE DOCTORS ALREADY !! STICK WITH BEING A PHARMACY TECH!!

I wasn’t aware that they no longer give you receipts. I purchased a few beauty items. Make-up to be exact and none of it matched my face. When I tried to return it, they told me they would not refund or exchange the items because I didn’t have my receipt. The 2 ladies there were rude by making me feel like I had stolen the items. As I walked in, I happened to hear 1 of the ladies talking bad about customers and saying people are out here steeling instead of getting jobs. And it so happens that I was there to return/exchange items and they dismissed me like I was a thief. They didn’t try to help at all or offer any solutions. Didn’t tell me I could’ve checked the app and that transaction history is there or anything. After figuring out some stuff on my own I still needed help navigating the app and they basically told me to figure it out on my own. The fact that I felt like they were treating me like a thief in front of the other customers not cool and I will call and take it up with corporate if I have to. People like those ladies exist because we have allowed it for too long.

This isn’t a review on Walgreens It self but more so for the village clinic they now have. I saw Dr. Alyssa today and she was no sort of AMAZING. I haven’t seen a doctor in many years for lack of being able to find one I liked or one who actually cared to listen to me. We talked about my concerns at the moment and and as well as mental health issues I’ve had. For the first time in many years I found someone I felt like i can talk to. She was so sweet and caring. She was very intuned with how I felt and what I had to say. She of course is going to refer me to other resources and she said I can manage my care through her. I will gladly go back to Dr. Alyssa for my future medical treatment!

Do not come here. It's just a disaster, from the Pharmacist on down to the tech's. The tech's think they are doctors and lie all of the time, the pharmacists are just as bad. This place has just been getting worse and worse. If you need a pharmacy, just use a Safeway, Frys, or Albertsons. You have to go inside, but at least they have integrity. These people at Walgreens lost that and their compassion for patients a very long time ago. Don't waste your time.

Waiting in thier slow drive thru starting at 7:30 till 8:00. Last car in line and they close window. Needing the meds that we dropped off @ 7 pm. told them we be back @ 7:30 pm. But due to extremely slow service couldn't get the message that we need till next day. Customer Service @ this location needs to be reworked. I regret having my Doctor @ this location in Village Medical. Hope they revamp there managementUpdate: 1/23/2022: went inside for photos. Overheard staff saying there was 6 orders this morning. She was going to cancel them. But changed her mind.

Do not appreciate being treated like a junkie when we go to purchase insulin syringes. It's uncalled for an honestly none of your business. However my dog has diabetes and has to have insulin 2 times a day. Nothing gives you people the right to treat us with like addicts. Furthermore addicts deserve dignity as well. DO BETTER! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING PEOPLE!!

If I could give this pharmacy minus five stars I would. Gross management, incompetence and down right lazy employees is what they have... Nothing like waiting on hold for over an hour to be hung up when it's your turn; not once but twice in a row! i have even caught them lying about sending a fax to my doctor's office. I could go on and on as there are many many other issues this place has but I think you get the picture. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Waited in line tonight at 525pm, the pharmacy staff spent literally 30 minutes with a customer, then when it was my time to be served, they closed the pharmacy. Please safe yourself the aggravation of these chain pharmacies and go to where you will be treated like a customer, and not like a headache. Very very unprofessional people that work here.

No clue why you need an appointment when after checking in, they give you your paperwork 40 minutes later and then still have to wait. Mind you there isn't alot of foot traffic. Still waiting an hour later while there are 3 people working in here filling orders. How long does it take to come poke someone. Not caring that people have to get to work. Terrible service!!!

Don't waste your time here, go to the Walgreens on Glendale Ave instead if you HAVE to go to a Walgreens. I came here to complete a transaction that required a barcode on my phone to be scanned and was told "they don't scan phones", so the cashiers didn't even try and told me to go to another Walgreens. I guess they have been scammed and so their managers don't let them help customers who need a barcode on their phone scanned. I would be afraid if my prescriptions were sent here to be filled, apparently the manager is so scared of being scammed you get treated like a criminal.
