Was called for a prescription pickup thinking it was my new prescription; on my last visit I told your pharmacy that I was no longer taking Lisinopril and had switched to a different medication. After getting home, I realized I just paid for more Lisinopril. Today I returned with the bag itself unopened and not tampered with along with the receipt asking for a refund and was denied. Why should the consumer be punished for your mistake? I am seeing my doctor tomorrow and will take my business to a different pharmacy, your incompetence and inflexibility lost you what had been a returning customer.

I have yet to get a prescription filled here that is ready. The parking lot is dangerously to sit in you’re car and wait 25 minutes for your prescriptions because they don’t even fill them till they get their money first then ask you to wait 25 minutes for them to prescribe them. I am going to have my doctor switch pharmacies from Walgreens all together.

This location is listed as an atm on my capital one app but the guy inside said they “don’t do that” now I know that’s a lie because I’ve taken cash out here before without making a purchase it’s clear they don’t train their employees on how to do stuff

Friendly staff, but out of stock on both items I stopped in for. No fruit disks or cinnamon disks & no substitute offered. So, unfortunately, I walked out empty-handed.

Needed to get ahold of the pharmacy urgently and no one answered after being on hold for a while. So I decided to call the store to make sure they are open and a girl told me that they are open until 10pm but they are just a bit short staffed and said she would transfer me over and also tell them. Spent over 15 minutes on hold and no one answered. Called the store again and a (different?) woman answered and told me they are closed for the night and that they normally close early on the weekends. Wouldn’t tell me who I spoke to that told me they were open or why they said that.

Awesome store! Angelica assisted me in buying feminine items for my wife. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and went to the back to make sure I had the items. The store is open 24 seven. Very clean and Security on standby

Pharmacy? You will probably be up for a refill before you even get your first one filled. Don’t ask for a price, they will flat out ignore you. Night time here consist of fear and seeing people get beat in the parking lot while Phoenix PD watches. Definitely not safe. Employees seem unbothered by it and give good customer service. At the door and when checking out. The store stays clean. Not always open 24 hours, and you will have to live with the blaring music.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. They're NEVER on the same page with anything. Yesterday I was told my medication would be ready at 8am today. Call today and after 18 minutes on hold the extremely condescending girl said I can get it tomorrow. I asked her why the other pharmacist said today and she said the same typical canned response, "Idk, shouldn't have told you that". I explained to her that this happens too frequently and she just became a passive aggressive c word. My vehicle is in the shop so my daughter was going to take me tonight PER WHAT LAST NIGHTS PHARMACIST SAID and get my medication. Train them better. You cannot have one pharmacist tell you one thing and plan for it and then have another pharmacist tell you something different. This is the problem with DEI. Our health is more important than you hiring idiots just because of their race. I guess it's time to start using Scottsdale Walgreens and see if they're any better. Can't use the CVS near us because the homeless druggies have ruined that area so it's super fucking annoying to have to drive out of my way to Scottsdale now because this location can't hire people based on merit.

pharmacy says open 24hrs. get there and its closed. even on the closed window it says their lunch break is from 1:30-2am. It was 11pm. waste of time, outdated hours.
