This is a review for the pharmacy - Walgreens 44th and Indian School. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been treated poorly so many times at this point I felt I needed to write a review. I will be switching pharmacies because of this. I don't trust them with my children's medication anymore as they seem to not care about their customers. They are beyond rude on the phone and in person and the wait times are ridiculous. This is not just one person either. This is everyone I come in to contact with there. Terrible.

Extremely rude staff in the pharmacy. Absolutely no bedside manner when helping patients. I came to pick up my prescription. The young lady at the front gave me extreme attitude and one worded answers. Talking to me in a passive aggressive tone and asking me questions as if I was stupid. When I came home I found that only half of my prescription was given to me. When I called back to find out what happened. The young lady on the phone expressed to me “well yeah your insurance doesn’t cover the meds” so why did nobody tell me that at the counter? I still need my meds regardless of coverage. Now I have to go back again and deal with your rude and immature staff. She told me the price and hung up on me before I could even say thank you. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Good luck to whoever does.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Told me my order would be ready by 10. Got there and they went back abs forth about it being there or not for another hour of my wasted time. AWFUL!

Easily THE worst customer service for any type of store, let alone a pharmacy. Rude, long wait times, didn't give my kid his antibiotics with the topical. 30 min of hold, said they would process then when I got there said it was their break & was annoyed / wanted me to come back. Drive a tad farther to 24th St - so nice! Or, move your Rx's to Metier, a small single owned business.

The Pharmacy/Pharmacists are very rude, inconsiderate and lazy. They do not care about the wellness of their customers. If I were you I'd definitely use another location for any of your pharmacy needs.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful but yesterday was truly unbelievable. After dropping off a script and getting home I received a call from someone there accusing me of calling the staff the "C" word. It wasn't me, I don't talk like that or use that word ever. I tried to explain you must have the wrong person, it definitely wasn't me. There was no issue between myself and the tech. This guy kept on and on saying it was me, a customer also heard. I asked for the store manager to call me. Now she says not only did I say this but the lobby of people heard me and can confirm as well as the other pharmacy techs. It was that loud! Hahahaha!! THIS NEVER HAPPENED, YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. I can't believe Walgreens corporate would want these people managing their store.

The pharmacist Jae alone is the reason for the one star review, the store itself is fine. I assume she's the pharmacy manager because when I complained to someone else about her they stammered and made excuses for her. Then all of my prescriptions were suddenly transfered to my old Walgreens over 30 mins away.Jae has been rude to me personally multiple times, I've let it slide because my Husband also works in Pharmacy and from his prior experience of working in a retail Pharmacy, I know its the worst; so I have compassion towards those who work retail pharmacy and give a lot of grace.I looked past her being rude, randomly canceling my prescriptions and sending them to my old pharmacy. However, tonight she was beyond ridiculous. I went to drop off a prescription for my daughter, she starts talking about the phone number and that my daughter isn't in the system and that the phone number on the prescription is mine, I explain to her that she's 16 (as stated on the prescription) and my daughter and that she hadn't picked up from that location before but she IS in the walgreens system and she should be able to find her by her birthdate. Jae bites back about the phone number belonging to Yvette..I again repeat myself. After seeing a display or either her refusal to do her job or her incompetence I asked for the prescription back and drove 5 mins to another Walgreens and had it filled no problem, no issue. Not sure what's going in her life that she's always so difficult and miserable, I truly try to lead with love and treat people with kindness, regardless of how they treat me, but after spending 10 hours at the emergency room with my child, the last thing I needed tonight was grief from Jae again over a basic antibiotic prescription that was easily filled by another walgreens in less time than it took me to drive there. So utterly absurd and ridiculous. You would think given the area that their service would be top notch..it definitely is not.

I typically use my account to write positive reviews because if I ever have an issue with a business, I will simply try to see if it can be worked out amicably and privately. Every business deserves that. After multiple issues over several months with this pharmacy- I am here to say they are extremely rude, unprofessional, aggressive and unwilling to help. Ive had the main pharmacist (woman) yell and hang up on me twice a few months ago when asking questions about when my prescription could get filled because it was out of stock. I understand delays/script shortages, but I was getting the impression I was a burden by calling to ask what to do in this particular situation. I advised I was confused about the situation and stressed as I did not know how to handle on my own. She yelled that she did not have time and hung up. This week, I had some basic questions on a prescription that wasn't available again and I was passed off multiple times to technicians that were unprofessional and advised they had 1000s of other prescriptions to worry about and I was not a special case. I was trying to understand when to call back or how I should proceed. I finally told them I gave up and just did not understand how to fill the prescription I needed after being given the same answer of "just call back"--I am switching pharmacies as I do not feel comfortable using this one or want to ever go back to a place that is so rude and unprofessional.

Extremely rude and passive aggressive staff. I know people are over worked but a condescending tone with, “Oh, does your doctor know all the medicine your insurance covers??” Like no, dude, that’s why we’re asking you about the medicine.

Walgreens on 44th and Indian school in Phoenix, 85018 is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to for pharmacy services. They don't have enough staff, and the Employees that work in the pharmacy all have terrible attitudes and are not even friendly. They do not enjoy their jobs. wait times are ridiculous. I just spent 52 minutes in the drive-through with six cars ahead of me. Nobody is pleasant or helpful, and every time I go, it's a terrible experience. I will be moving to a different pharmacy. I should have decided to move sooner. I gave them one year hoping things would get better and change. However they have gone even further downhill and are much worse.

The worst pharmacy in the Valley! There’s always a disconnect between the App and the pharmacy! Always have to call in when trying to fill my prescription on the app because there’s an issue on their end. I’ve never had a simple experience refilling prescriptions. Im going to CVS! You should too!

They had one box of Wal-dryl left for purchase luckily. We were eating at a new place in the area and I wanted to be sure I had an allergy medication in case I had a reaction. Sometimes it is immediate some times delayed up to 18 hours later. This dye free product is valuable to me and is literally a life saver. The store was clean and had a lot more Easter inventory than our local locations in Surprise. Check out was fast and employees were sweet.

I've always had a good experience at this Walgreens on 44th street and Indian School. I've used the pharmacy for prescriptions, bought many items. Most recently I've come to this Walgreens for my Covid booster and flu vaccine. Very easy to get both vaccines. The pharmacy employees were busy and working very hard but they still made an effort to be friendly and helpful when I got my covid and flu vaccines. The employees at the regular store have been helpful and friendly also! I highly recommend this Walgreens.
