Won't let paying customers use the restrooms. There are signs that say restrooms, an arrow that says restrooms, hardly anyone in the store but the young man at the checkout on Sunday, October 15 at 1pm took one look at me and said no they're closed so I put my merchandise down and walked away and called the next Walgreens, which said I could use the restroom. I don't get it.

The people at the pharmacy are nice and well paced. Photo people are nice but the quality of photos are 3/10, at best. I printed photos and you couldn't see my friend hardly at all and a photo taken outside in sunlight too was very shadowed. There's a little old lady who does check out and she's so nice. I hope Walgreens pays well to protect our elderly and older adults who still have to work.

Be careful in the parking lot - several vagrants looking to panhandle. Otherwise clean inside fast service.

This Walgreens is pretty busy whenever I go to the pharmacy here. So far they are friendly even though I've read bad reviews on here. I'm thankful I haven't experience any of that and hope it continues. All the staffs have been very nice and helpful. just wished it was 24 hours here. They closed at 8pm Monday-Friday and closed on Sundays.

Went here for a mandatory covid test. A week later there are no results and I am now put on disciplinary action at work. Walgreens sends tests to pwnhealth and then to aegis labs which neither can give me any information about results. It's better to chose a different walgreens.

Zero stars. I just came back from the Walgreens tonight and I just witnessed the girl at the Photo register as well as the manager very rudely snap at this guy for going back in a place he didn't realize he wasn't supposed to be. Apparently he had been misinformed by another person in the store and then he was rudely scolded by these two ladies. His face was in shock and I really felt bad for him and he was shaking his head. It's not OK for management or the girl at the photo register to be yelling at people like that. I was in disbelief and I was so upset. You don't get to talk to other customers like that and I don't want to witness you being rude to other people in the store. He didn't deserve it. I'm not coming back to this Walgreens again even though it's close to me.

The pharmacy is terrible and has eroded so badly in the past 6 months I am going to change. I do not recommend this pharmacy. The store is fine.

The email you constantly to schedule a flu appointment. You schedule a full appointment on Thursday or Saturday. Remind you on Friday your food appointment is scheduled for Saturday morning. You get there Saturday morning for your flu shot and the pharmacy is shut down. Nobody knows why. They tell you to go to another Walgreens. Other Walgreens tells you to schedule and it was your mistake for scheduling with that Walgreens. You make your choice

The pharmacist is shut down and closed. Why? Walgreens called me and email me all week to schedule a flu appointment. I schedule it and show up on time to a close pharmacy. I only scheduled the appointment a day ago. Did any Walgreen staff think to notify all the folks that had appointments and let them know that the pharmacy would be closed. No they did not. Poor planning of resources and notification to its customers when it cannot meet it's commitments. Excellent planning on getting the word out to have everyone show up at the Walgreens pharmacy to only find out that it's been shut down

Walgreens is really bad. They almost killed my Mom when they gave her the wrong medication and the manager just made fun of me and then laughed about it when my Dad and I went in to complain. They are the worst of the worst. Sadly my Insurance had dictated that I go to a Walgreens, well until today. Anyway if Walgreens is the Devil's Playhouse this is really the even worse black sheep of the local Valley locations. The absolute worst. Today I took my business elsewhere, finally. I started using this location when I moved into the neighborhood about 6 months ago. For 6 months it had been nothing but problems with my RX ongoing orders. They also lost one of my prescriptions. However, now their new thing to add to my many issues is horrendous service and no one answering the phone. When you call they put you on hold for two hours, then disconnect you, or do not even answer the phone and just let the phone ring and ring. For the last three weeks this is the new disgusting and ridiculous behavior they are engaging in. When you call they just pick up the phone then hang it right back up on you, over and over. Can you imagine? How unacceptable is that? What if I had a medical urgent matter I needed to talk to them about? I finally tried to just call the store part instead of the pharmacy part to speak with someone in charge. Mind you, this was after I was forced to drive to another location to get my meds and getting the name of the store's manager. Yeah, that went well ( Insert sarcasm Emoji) What a mistake too. This is how it went. My jaw is still on the floor due to this conversation. Where is corporate and why are they not quickly closing this location down before they kill someone? ME- "hello, ( 16 year old kid who picks up the phone.) can I speak to the store manager please?" Worker- "No, you cannot. There is no one here but me. I am left all alone with all these people. ( boy, sigh) They left me all alone to work here. It is a madhouse with all these people coming in. We are swamped I cannot help you. I am busy. We have Covid people and all kinds of crazy and sick folks here in line coughing all over me. We are just so busy. You are lucky I even answered the phone." ( then hangs up on me) Draw your own conclusions folks but heads up. You had better be checking your Rx's very carefully if you fill them at Walgreens. And now with all my sharing I am hearing about their horrendous history of how awful they treat their staff members. Shame on you Walgreens. I wish there were more small Indie shops like Melrose Pharmacy and other places like when I was a kid. I wish that could happen just so they could try to kill off this evil Monopoly. I know it won't happen due to the sad state of Health care reimbursement issues in the USA but a Girl can dream can't she?

The pharmacist made sure to offer me products that were successful. In addressing all of her clients, she was very respectful and kind. She manages to smile at everyone. - when I go here, I still feel relaxed.

I needed some hair spray for work, Just a simple bottle of hairspray. On top of that I was running late, I run into the store, go to the spot I know it's at, and it's locked up, no biggie. I go to find someone. The only two employees are helping people at the photo center and the register. I asked the photo lady if there was anyone who could help me unlock the case and she immediately starts getting angry and telling me that I'm just going to have to wait until their co-worker gets back, and she has no idea when that will be. So I wait behind four people in line only to have the cashier, who just didn't seem like she even cared to be alive at this point, tell me that she CANNOT leave the cash register, even for a short walk to the little cage that I needed unlocked, even though there was nobody in line behind me. Why I ask? It doesn't matter why. Now I shop at Target. And FYI they have a pharmacy too now Walgreens.

After receiving my alert for prescription pickup, I went to go get it. Without any eye contact whatsoever or even a smile, the lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me the prescription is not ready and under review for insurance unless I was okay with paying out of pocket. I broke my foot 5 days ago and was fine with paying for the quickest thing at that point. So after confirming I would pay, she scolded me for coming in to get a prescription that was not ready. She did not provide me any information on when it would be ready or what the issue was. I had to proceed to ask a million obvious questions... why wasn't it processed? When will it be ready? Will it actually be ready this time? Etc. My customer service experience was - prescription not ready, end of story. No assistance in actually getting the prescription. ZERO FRIENDLINESS. Glad I just moved to this neighborhood.
