Wal-greens has a habit of selling you on a print delivery date and being more than a week late on deliveries. Price is good but I am actually paying for the service of print. Keyword is service. The delivery date matters and it doesn't help in-store workers never have a solution/information. They have the attitude of quick-trip workers. Buy your stuff and leave. I hope I can get my money back in a timely manner so I can use a different print service.

Waited 10 days for a prescription then got the text and drove 40 miles to pick it up and they were closed. (Staying in Apache Junction for job) \"Couldn't find a pharmacist we're so sorry\". That won't put $30 the gas back in the tank.

I am not sure why this Walgreens has terrible reviews. I have been going here for 4 years and never had an issue. They are typically quick and friendly. However, the Walgreens off of 51st and Baseline, issues EVERY time I have attempted to go there.

Marshawn, very rude, didn't even greet me.. just waived me over like I was inconveniencing him. Then complained loudly about his back pain. Well at least you don't have the flu..Passed me along and didn't even get a consult for a new medication. Being in the medical field, not acceptable.

BEWARE of this pharmacy! They are scammers and are trying to pocket the money you save on your prescriptions. While giving Walgreens (35th Ave and Southern) my prescriptions, I informed them I have a GoodRX card that usually takes about 50% off the total cost of my scripts. At the time, the pharmacist told me that if I was using a GoodRX card, I HAD to pay in cash. When I ask the pharmacist why, she couldn't even give me an answer. I went back the next day to pick up my meds and at this time the pharmacist told me they don't even accept GoodRX. She wouldn't even try to run my card. She just kept saying no. She said that will be $180 CASH. I then asked for my prescriptions back so I could go to a different pharmacy, then magically, in the matter of seconds, another pharmacist appeared and said they do take GoodRX and my total miraculously dropped to $70. WTF?!!! The pharmacist then attempted to give me a bottle of HydroCodone (NOT MY PRESCRIPTION!!) They have no clue what they are doing. And the simple fact that they initially denied my GoodRX card, insisted I pay in cash, and then the dramatic changes in price after I asked for my scripts back, makes it very clear that there is some fraudulent activity going on there. They profile you, hoping you don't ask questions, in the attempt to pocket your cash. I will NEVER be back and am reporting my experience I had at this location.

Horrible customer service.. at the time of dropping off a paper prescription at 5:28pm we were told it would be 2 hours. My husband just left the hospital and was told to get this medication in his system immediately.. stressing my urgency and asking for the prescription back so I could go elsewhere, I was guaranteed 30 minutes it would be ready.. At 6:17pm I pulled up to the window to the actually tech in white coat telling me that they just got the prescription "electronically" and that it would take an hour.... what the hell! We tell her we were told 30 minutes, that it was urgent we had the meds- we even told her we asked for the prescription back prior to be guaranteed a 30 min expectation.. instead of having the courtesy to go fill it real quick, she hands us back of prescription, doesn't even apologize and says "have a great day" and hangs up the phone and walks off. This is why soo many are leaving corporate facilities. Awful service.

Visited today and the customer service SUCKED! You lost a loyal customer. Hope Walgreens Corp is happy that management turned down money for a purchase. You could've problem solved my issue, but you rather your customer walk away unsatisfied. Smh

I LOVE this Walgreens. I frequently visit here and honestly I can say the service here is EXCEPTIONAL. There's no long lines, they attend you quickly and it's really hassle free. Since I come here often, I've learned to remember the entire staff and they're just amazing people. They try to make conversation with you, and it just amazes me that they have such excellent service and care for their customers. I would recommend.

The store on 7th and McDowell refused to fill RX for psych meds because I am Medicaid patient. I did have Medicare part D at one time but not now. I called Walgreens to update insurance but got told to call Medicare to have part D removed from data base but was informed they did as it showed I was kicked off part D. Part A and Part B don't cover RX. I called united healthcare community plan and was told community plan covers RX and was able to verify coverage so all I would

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacy tech, along with the pharmacist and the store manager, refusing to fill an prescription for personal reasons. The tech screamed at my husband then gets offended when my husband yells back. She continues to look at us with the most hateful look and store manager replies "well not everybody gets over things as quickly as you do" when we pointed her looks out. They lied, changed the story several times as to why they weren't giving us the medicine... keep in mind this an antibiotic that we are trying to fill not any type of narcotic. Such hateful people.
