Avoid coming here 1:30pm to 2pm, because they close for lunch. Then after lunch, they start working again. This created a back log of about 20 people. I ended up spending 1 hour here trying to get my Rx. Then I was told they don't have my Rx available and I would need to go to another location. Why they can't manage to stager lunch breaks like any other business, not sure. If you are looking for the slowest pharmacy in town, this is it.

In the times we are in we all need a bit more patience. I go out of my way to use this specific Walgreens pharmacy. I do so because they work their tails off and are friendly despite staffing challenges and changes in regulations and protocol. As an example, due to a shortage in a medicine recently prescribed to me, the pharmacy indicated it was on backlog without an idea of when it would be available. The pharmacy tech, Stirling, who was extremely busy at the time, committed to calling multiple locations in the area and promised to call me when he found it. Sure enough, he called me less than an hour later to say he found the medication within 20 miles of my home. I was able to pick up the prescription shortly there after! Thank you Stirling and the entire staff for your continued compassion and professionalism!

Attempted to change pharmacies as this one is closer to my house. Bad idea. I first called to see when I could pick up my prescription. A robot told me it would be ready in two days. I expected a call or something. Nope. So I called. They said to come in. I wait 20 minutes while every customer is making faces at each other amazed at how poor the service is. I finally get to the front of the line and they say they need more info from an insurance card that I haven't been sent yet. So I go home and find said info online. Call them back and they say they don't work with my insurance despite all documentation online explicitly listing them. So now I wait another 3 hours while another pharmacy across town calls them to get it transferred. Pharmacist with a man bun had horrible customer service and seemed like he was hating his job as he pissed off everyone who he served. Avoid this place if you can. They would rather you die than do their jobs and take your money.

Switching Walgreens simply because the girls in this pharmacy are SO RUDE. Zero customer service. They don't say hi they don't bye. They literally just stare at you. If you don't like your job, go find a new one!

The reviews say the pharmacy sucks, but their photo department is on par with the pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. Terrible customer service find somewhere else to go!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. The staff is beyond rude, act like they hate their jobs, and never fill a prescription on time. Don't mess with a mom who struggles every month to get her daughters reflux medication filled on time. They NEVER order it even after I call to fill. I called today after asking them IN PERSON 3 days ago to have this ready in a few days because we're getting low and called today and it's not ready. I've been having the same medication filled every month for 6 months. Not once have they ever had it for me on time without me calling and battling with them to get it. After the pharmacy tech Julie yelled at me while my 9 month old child is screaming in the background I have had enough. I am switching locations and will NEVER go back here.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Never using a Walgreens pharmacy again. They have been "under staffed" for the past year or so and never fill prescriptions on time

They really need to let students know in pharmacy school that there will be customer service involved with their career. Yet again, another pharmacist at this location has the worst attitude. Elissa couldn't muster the most basics of customer service tonight.

Just left where I waited for 25 minutes while they looked for my prescription and never came back to talk to me. Went to the restroom where one of the pharmacist came out of the stall and left without washing his hands ....yes this is they guy handling your drugs

This store refuses to fulfill online pickup orders. I am injured and on crutches and they cancel every order I place on line for pick up, regardless of what items I select. This has been ongoing for weeks. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different location or retailer.

I've never had any problems with prescription pickups or the drive thru. The Pharmacist are very helpful if you have questions or insurance issues.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Understaffed, and the few pharmacists there looks miserable, and they can never seem to get my orders right--not once! Every time an order was called in, I'd show up much later and it wouldn't filled and I'd end up waiting in a long line of angry customers all complaining about the same thing or complaining about a mix up. This place is a disaster. Writing this review to save others time and a headache. Go get your prescriptions filled elsewhere!

This is probably one of the worst pharmacies in the valley (regardless of supply chain/covid bs). I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Too many complaints to list. It's a miracle if they do their job correctly.
