New to this walgreens on cave creek and greenway. Pharmacy was soooooo very caring. Small but warm vibes. There is a primary care physician office in this walgreen not to be confused with an urgent careImpressive.

I'm the only one in the drive thru pharmacy line. It's been 15 minutes and NO one has come to the window. I see only 1 customer through the pharmacy window. What the heck? I accidentally refilled my rx and had to come here I live 2 blocks away but I'll still drive 10 min to the next one cause this is such crap 3 years and it's gotten worst.Also after 21 min FINALLY someone comes to the window. She keeps saying another name and not my name I've corrected her 3 times. I swear it is not difficult

So overpriced. I was duped into signing up for their $20 discount program. I was told it would make all my meds cheaper. That turned out to be untrue, half my meds aren't cheaper with that, but ARE with a free prescription discount card available online. Moved most of my prescriptions to Fry's.... so much cheaper and a much more pleasant customer experience.

The service is horrible. They left me on hold saying they would be right with me then when 5pm rolled around they hung up and left the building without ever helping me. Now that's compassion. Would they do that to one of their family members? I think not. In order to post this review I was required to give a star which is undeserved.

I called in to refill medication on Monday the 6th. The person I spoke to said they didn't have my medication in stock so she would order it that day. She said I should have my medication in a day, two at latest. I received a text and an email stating medication was out of stock and had been ordered. I've been very busy the past few days and haven't checked back. Today I spoke to someone about this medication, fully expecting it to be ready, instead I was told someone had 'closed out my order on the 6th '. Seriously???!! WTH?!?

Would leave zero stars if possible. I am really disappointed with this office. On October 19, I went in to get my third dose of a series for the GARDASIL 9 vaccine, I was told by the pharmacist, Allison, there was an issue with my insurance and they were not covering the third injection and I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted it, I said it should be covered can you just give it to me and I will fight my insurance. She wouldn't give it to me. She stated she would look into it and try to get it resolved by the next day she would call me to let me know I could get the injection. I never received a phone call figured there was an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance on 10/25 they said the claim has been processed and billed to my account. I had to fly out of state for a family emergency due to a family member dying. Went into Walgreens when I got back into town to try to get the injection that they processed and billed me for on 10/19. The pharmacist stated she canceled that claim but I still show it on my insurance. She stated she would not give me the injection because the claim was canceled. My insurance is no longer reimbursing me for the third injection due to my birthday on October 27. I am now out the third injection or I will have to pay for it out-of-pocket which is over $300. My insurance stated that the third injection was ran twice in the same day is why it was not being approved on October 19. So thank you Allison, I am now not being properly vaccinated with my health possibly being compromised due to an error at this location. Please choose a different pharmacy for your healthcare needs. AND just got on my insurance website showing the 10/19/21 as being a valid claim to my insurance with no cancellation posted to my account. WTF?

I get that you are short staffed but it shouldn't take 5 days and 5 or 6 phone calls to get regularly stocked seizure medication. Then when I get there to pick it up after I get notification it's ready. It's not ready. So I am writing this while I wait. I've been a customer for a long time and each visit it seems to get worse. Attached is a copy of the text I got from Walgreens. Same medication and 2 contradictory messages in the same text.

So I transferred my prescriptions here about a year ago. At the beginning it was ok. 3 months ago they no longer had a drive up service. No notice but they said "we are working on getting it fixed". NOW they are only open on the weekdays 9:00 To 5:00. No weekend hours and only open until 5:00 pm. Hello not everyone is available during the weekdays before 5:00pm. This is BS. I give this store 6 months before it closes I would have put 0 stars if possible

I appreciate the customer service and the people who work there. The loyalty program is fantastic. I love that I can do all of my shopping in one place. I go to the supermarket three days a week.

No, not at all. The cashier told me she wouldn’t put her face mask over her nose because she couldn’t breathe. I asked her to do that I could pay for my things . COVID is running rapid here and she can’t so that for safety! This was around 8:20 tonight ! What about the mandate in your state!!!!
