My go to pharmacy for years now. Never had a problem, regardless of occasional long drive thru wait lines, it has *always* been a pleasant experience with the pharmacy workers.

Night manager MICHAEL has poor customer service and is out right rude! I had an issue and when I asked a question about Walgreens Policies he immediately kicked me and my son out of the store. He lets dozens of shoplifters in the store daily (same ones)but he kicks out a regular paying customer!

if i could give 1 star i would. this pharmacy is the absolute worst i've ever dealt with. i called sunday morning to ensure that my meds would be ready by the time i was off work (they were supposed to be done days prior.) i was told they would be done in two hours max. i went that night after work (about 10 hours after the call) and to my surprise i was told they had no record of me ever even having my prescription. i've had to have my poor psychiatrists office call them three times now and to no avail. i am on medications that cause severe withdrawal symptoms and am unable to finish daily tasks right now due to the downright lack of care and laziness of this staff. absolutely appalled. once this is sorted i will absolutely never use a walgreens again for medications as it was revealed to me by my psychiatrists office that this is a common issue amongst walgreens and that they just choose not to fill prescriptions often times. TLDR if your medications do anything important for your basic functions and you need them in a timely matter steer clear of this location. (and maybe walgreens entirely).

I used to order online Walgreens.com shipping to my house a least once a month its decent if you have coupons & rewards how I have been trying to place an order for 2 months now & per customer service there a problem with the stores not have not updated there stock with the online orders & I get an unexpected error every time I try to order some customer service gave me reward what good is it if I can order online I am use too the store never have stock for same day shipping which works just fine sorry Walgreens you lost this customer it hurts I have been a customer since I can remember & I am 53 years old.

Michael the store manager was not willing to resolve issues that come up, he is rude, disrespectful and has zero customer service skills. i have watched him yell at an autistic employee he has in front of customers, watched him kick out paying customers because they question him about his Behavior and managerial skills. Yet he never kicks out the people loading duffle bags up of merchandise. Amazing....

I thought it was only due to covid and the after effects but it's now towards the end of 2023 and the Pharmacy is ridiculous. You get told different things by different pharmacy techs. They'll tell you your meds will be ready in an hour than you get a call an hour or two later that your meds are out of stock. My meds have been out of stock twice in an 8 day period. I was also told that I could pay out of pocket for my medication and the total, only to be told later when I called to check on it that I could not pay out of pocket and could not pick up my medication due to their agreement with my insurance. It's a lot if back and forth and different techs not knowing what is going on and it being total chaos and them always being out of medications.

horrible service and wait for a vaccine!!! i scheduled a day in advance for my vaccine, i come in for my 12pm appointment and waited almost an hour. unacceptable!!!!!!!

Not my regular Walgreens. I don't know it well enough to review but I've had no issues when Ive visited a few times. But Walgreens pharmacy sucks. When transferring prescriptions or when trying to fill it a few days early, they always give me a hard time even when it's not a narcotic or anything like that and my insurance will cover it. I just don't like how they like to play doctor. As if my own doctor doesn't know what they're prescribing me or know what they're doing.

Wow! Talk about above and beyond. I'd ordered a wood print from 204 E Bell, and when I got there they hadn't even seen the order...and were out of wood. I was so dispirited that the web had merrily promised a print which could not have happened. I went on with my day and was truthfully about to write a pretty frustrated review when the phone rang. I'd re-placed the order at another store. This call was Samantha from the 204 E Bell store, saying she'd thought there was one more piece of wood in the back and she'd gone and looked till she found it and made my print! I was amazed -- she could have completely let it go, and she went more than the extra mile. She even called to cancel my other order. I not only have the print, I have more than my faith in humanity restored. I'm forever grateful to Samantha; it could not have happened on a better day. You make your employer look great; they have a treasure in you.

The pharmacy just let 5 customers drive away. After 20 minutes of waiting, and not 1 car being helped, everyone started leaving. If they are under staffed and can't handle the drive thru, they should close it, and not waste our time. Go to CVS. They have much better customer service.

Walgreens website kept pushing RX refill back. Called and talked with someone for a few minutes and they had it taken care of. Staff were quick and polite when I picked it up but they split a small amount of meds into 2 containers when 1 could easily have held them all.

Worst pharmacy ever they never answer the phone. You can never get through to anyone. They never fill your scripts when they're supposed to . Literally have to drive over just to ask them to fill your prescription because you can't get through on the phone. Ridiculous! And this is an ongoing problem.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This pharmacy barely ever haves what is needed, call in and they say they have it . Never ready on time, even when I they tell me they are working on it.

Restocked meds without notification they were in. Said they have no pharmacist on duty and closed when they were supposed to be open. Manager hung up on me when I asked to speak with her.

Getting a script filled today is worse than ever..it took forever in a day to get my script filled..I thought with MRP/ERP S/W improvements back 10years ago, it was suppose to optimize efficiency? Try faxing over a script and it takes 2hrs to come through, because the army of people? There was allot, but the VA has twice as many all day and 30minutes max from start to finish..Sometimes 45min, sometimes less. It was so chaotic, they closed down the doors and arbitrarily said drive through only? Really, that's your answer. You wonder why the confusion? You should have been prepared for this, and it looked like allot of moving around, but nothing getting done..
