I wish there was a 0 or neg. Doc sent scripts (urgent care which means I need the meds) & asked us to wait an hr. We did, went to the pharmacy and it was not ready. They said come back in 2 hrs. My spouse went back and was totally upset and sat and waited for an additional 30 min. As an RN for over 30 years this customer service and compassion does not deserve my business and I will definitely putting the word forward. This pharmacy is horrible on taking care of customer needs.

My doctor called in my prescription twice and they don't have a record of either one. Yes it's the correct pharmacy and phone number. Could have gotten it faster from my online pharmacy but who knew that??!! Good thing it wasn't anything too terribly serious I needed it for and that I still have some left. What a way to run a business

Absolutely impossible to get prescriptions in a timely manner. Trying to call in results in a message "there are at least three people ahead of you"I've been waiting all day and likely will be waiting tomorrow too. Can't get my prescription and can't get through.Good customer service is a thing of the past

Purely for the pharmacy - they're terrible. They never answer the phone. They take forever to fill prescriptions. My baby needs medication and I have tried calling multiple times during pharmacy hours. Absolutely awful customer service.

9-11-23 sad day remembering this horriffic invasion of our country on 9-11-01...and then, to come to This Walgreens for the first time this morning only to be treated nasty by what i thought was an employee in the photo department, then to find out he was actually the manager when i asked for a manager. As a Vietnam Veteran thinking, i fought for this country only to be treated so, snippy and with disregard as a senior as well. Will remain with me the rest of my life. My advise is choose another store and, hopefully it has a thoughtful caring manager.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at this store. I want to recognize a worker by the name of Robert. He was very attentive to my questions and gave me the answers I was looking for. I have made my decision based on this shopping experience to stop going to CVS and make Walgreens my pharmacy permanently. Thanks Robert. Keep up the good work.

Ray was super nice and very patient with me as I took forever counting my money lol. Great customer service though which was much appreciated. Thanks Ray. If your middle name isn't "Of Sunshine' you should think about changing it to that...?? ?

Manager was rude and didn’t want to help me. He’s obviously not delivering good customer service at this location. I had to call corporate and report him. They have bad reviews so go elsewhere.

I just moved to this area from Thomas road and 54 St . in this location Pharmacy staff are very incompetent, no customer service, they told me I have to be on top of my medication, every time call them tell them to do the refills , they can’t send me text and so on , they don’t know what they are doing. I have said good by to Wallgreen after 25 years I think this is one of the locations that soon Walgreen is going to close down permanently.

Ran out of my bc pills and sent in TWO requests for refills. After my first request I got no update from the pharmacy about my prescription. I requested again that same day and this Indian lady says there’s an issue with my insurance. My insurance was still good when I requested new refills.The lady would not let me get my prescription unless I contacted my insurance. Why would I contact my insurance company when I know my insurance is still good? This was last week. Thanks to the pharmacy messing with my hormones and giving me 3 period cycles in 1 month. I will not be returning. If you want people to come back, do the decency and contact the patient the first time around. I’m not paying $25 for pills that my insurance covered
