The pharmacy staff are nice enough but this is the busiest, slowest and most inefficient Walgreens pharmacy I have ever witnessed. Don't even attempt to call them to speak with a human. You will get bounced back on hold for over a half hour before your call gets dropped. In person, it took an hour to get it filled. Go somewhere else if you want your prescription this month.

Thank you guys for always working so hard. During these crazy times and handling not so understanding people, when I come in I still see smiles and you all trying your hardest. I am very appreciative for all you do and all the others stores who are doing the best they can in these times. I hope Walgreens higher ups see it too.

Worst pharmacy in the state. Possibly the nation. 45min+ wait times even when not busy. Defies all logic

Number you call is only for Pharmacy. Not able to get to the main store. Very frustrating.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Some days it's just closed when you get there, or only the drive up it when open you wait in long lines. (45 minutes to drop off or pickup a RX) They don't have your RXs when you get there after they've sent you text and email notices they are ready. Fill RXs out of order when you are waiting. Walgreens sure isn't what it use to be and just keeps getting worse! Time to switch after over 30 years!

This rating is strictly for their pharmacy. They have an incompetent pharmacy tech working there who wasted my time. I got new insurance and told them that. Most pharmacies will take it over the phone and run the RX so you know how much you have to pay ahead of time. This guy told me I needed to come in. (ugh) Well I did and another pharmacy tech ran it and found out I needed a prior authorization. So I drove down there for nothing because my doctor's office was already closed. And I had to wait until the next day. My husband was a pharmacy tech (went to college for it) and said he was being lazy because he could have checked my insurance over the phone to save me time. If the guy is new, he should not be working by himself but shadowing someone. So my rating is for the inconsistency of the pharmacy and wasting my time and gas.

Teresa at the pharmacy is extremeLY RUDE , I scheduled a appointment online for my booster shot and I came in for my appt and I told her I was here for my appt to get my booster shot and she right away got a attitude and said no I need to schedule a appointment to come here , I re said that I already have a appointment & the eye rolling began happening, I gave her my card witch said I had the Moderna shot and she asked if I was even ok getting a Moderna shot without even looking at my card . The main pharmacist came and helped finally , and it went a little smoother but the person who had showed up 15 min after I did got there shot first . The pharmacist is the only good thing about this visit

I always get my prescriptions filled here but after tonight this is the last time I'm using this pharmacy. The pharmacy drive thru was still open until 6pm. It was 5:40 when I pulled up. No one helped me what so ever. I'm sick and didn't want to go inside. I asked the lady helping me why aren't they helping anyone in the drive thru she says it's only us 2 here. It wasn't even busy that's my point. I shouldn't have had to come inside. The pharmacy staff is rude. I will not be getting prescriptions filled here anymore.

Nice pharmacist but very, very poorly run. Over the last 15 years we have used various Walgreens pharmacy across the country, but this one is hands down the most poorly organized. On top of having 1980s operating hours, they have losts prescriptions several times, and don’t have the right supplies in many times.Update: 2 years after this review, it is still the same, but maybe slightly worse. Delays in basic prescriptions, limited operating hours, etc. It’s less than 10 min away, just go to the one in Bell and 51st Ave. Changing from 2 star to 1 star due to Walgreens not dealing with the systemic issues.

Most unfriendly people. You can’t even drive Thur and say I’m here to pick up a prescription without the brown haired lady with glasses and a ponytail always rolling her eyes. I get your job isn’t great but neither is the brain tumor I’m picking up my meds for so show some compassion Alyssa! Your attitude gives this Walgreens a gross look!

Had medication sent from the hospital including a much needed antibiotic on a Saturday. Arrived at the store and the pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. What pharmacy is closed anytime of the week?
