I'd give them zero stars if possible. Nasty woman at the front counter was just rude when I asked about prep for a medical procedure. She proceeded to argue with me about what the doctor ,and my instructions stated. I had considered switching my prescriptions to this store as it was closer to me than the CVS I've been using. Not now-and I'll never spend another dime with Walgreens.Lady, if you're having a bad day, and you don't like your job, take it out on some one else.

The quality of service from this pharmacy has deteriorated considerably over the past two years. I get that it's becoming more difficult to find good pharmacists. But this Walgreens routinely messes up prescriptions, cancels orders, and makes the same mistakes month after month. Take your business elsewhere.

They are out of stock of medication almost every single time. Then, they do not always get the medication when they say they will. What is the use of a pharmacy that does not carry medication?

Yelp is requiring me choose a star, however I would like to give ZERO stars! I have never writen a Yelp review, but HAD to. We have been going to this Walgreens for 7 years and every time we go, we say its the last time. Each time gets worse and worse. Terrible customer service, unorganized, and extremely long drive thru experience. We just sat behind a car for 45 min while the pharmacist gave a "consultation." In 7 years, this has been our experience of the standard wait time at this Walgreens drive thru location. Perhaps certain things can be directed inside? Just my feedback. When we finally approached the window, the gal at the window was beyond rude. When we asked her to repeat the prescription again, she screamed into the mic, as if to belittle us. The mic has poor quality and we explained it is not the volume, its the quality of the microphone. She proceeded to give attitude and again rudely articulated the prescription into the mic. Every time we go, there is something new. Switching all of our prescriptions to CVS or another Walgreens location.

Expect long lines for pharmacy drive through and COVID testing. Earlier in the day is usually slightly better. Otherwise I've consistently experienced 5-10 cars lined up, taking 40 or more minutes to get through.

A little communication would be nice. We made an appointment on the Walgreens website for a covid test on a Saturday. We need it for international travel so we are on a 48 hour time limit. The reminders came so we felt confident. We arrived for the test and found out the pharmacy at this location, the same location we made our appointment at, is closed on Saturdays. What do we do now? If this pharmacy is closed on Saturday then that should be reflected on the website. Thanks for nothing.

Terrrrrrible customer service in the Pharmacy on Glendale & 7th St.. Not only rude, but either one of their staff is shorting the bottles that customer's pay for, or someone there does not know how to count. Either way, they are rude, condescending, and have zero communication between each other (one tells you in the drive-through that it will be ready after 2pm, to come back & when you come back the next morning another person says, nope, you are not yet eligible for a refill)...I took my last pill of my RX the night before and needed to take it starting that next morning. When I came back like I was instructed to, they now are saying that I cannot get a refill for 2 more weeks! This can't be, I take this RX twice daily and I did not "misplace" 30 pills, nor did I take 4/day...ALWAYS OPEN YOUR BOTTLES AND COUNT THE PILLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Pharmacist/tech/whomever she was asked if I had another bottle of it that I forgot about (???). This is not a narcotic or controlled substance, mind you. She then tells me when I picked up my last refill and says you have enough for 2 weeks (nope, just told you that I do NOT have any). Then she tells me that I can pay $87 (cash) if I want, for this RX (???), so it is an insurance issue, which I DO understand, but it was how she handled all of it. Plus for the fact that I did not misplace exactly 30 pills; they only gave me 30ct when it should have been 60. Two other people (not affiliated with Walgreen's) mentioned using a GoodRX discount found online. I will be getting this RX from another pharmacy (anywhere but Walgreen's), and gladly pay whatever it costs. BTW, with GoodRX, this refill that I will now have to pay for out of pocket will be between $12 - $24 at either Costco, CVS, Fry's, Safeway, Bashas, Walmart, etc...). When I asked about another RX that my physician ordered, she said they do not carry this, and don't bother calling any other Walgreen's because the RX is "too expensive and they're not going to carry it". Noted. So helpful. Thanks. You made it super easy to never patron your store or any other Walgreen's. IF you must use Walgreens pharmacy, be prepared to turn your radio and AC off, and stick your head out your window and practically place it against the window because they will not try to speak any louder when you tell them you can't hear them (they will talk slower like you can't understand English, but not any louder) - I watched them do this to other people in the drive through as well; fix your damn intercom for crying out loud. If you have to shut everything down you may as well park and walk in... I will happily transfer my RX to another pharmacy that isn't run by a group of irritated employees. To the cashier working at the front of the store, it is unprofessional to yell across the store to your co-worker in Cosmetics to ask if she knows the address to your sister-store on Dunlap. Especially with a customer right in front of you (and then proceed to complain that the customer calling should just look it up on Google because that is what the employee is now having to do?) The store was EMPTY, you can do a little extra to help your customer(s) - hence being hired in a Customer Service position.

I called the pharmacy at 10 am, they said they would have my prescription ready at 11 am. I stressed to them that it was important to have this prescription as soon as possible. Showed up at 11:35 am in drive thru. Lady said it would be ready at 12. I said I called this morning and they said it would be ready at 11 am. She (rudely) asked who I spoke to, and I said I don't remember? A person? Maybe a guy? (Couldn't remember because I hadn't slept well last night, hence the prescription my doctor called in for me first thing this morning). She left, came back to the window, said there is only one guy here and he didn't answer phones so I obviously didn't call and that the system said it would be ready TOMORROW at 11 am and acted like she was doing me a favor by getting it ready at noon for me. Essentially insinuated I was a liar and didn't call and talk to anyone. I went in and told them I didn't appreciate them saying I was a liar and could show them my call history to show that I called them exactly at 10 am. It was the guy now and he said well you said you talked to a guy and I don't answer phones. I said regardless of gender I spoke to someone here. He then told me that I had actually spoken to the pharmacist (who is female). So they figured out I had been telling the truth about calling and talking to someone but no apology, no nothing except more attitude and condescension. All the lady at drive thru had to say was oh sorry, we've been busy. All the guy at the window had to say as I am sorry she insinuated you were lying, you actually spoke to the pharmacist and we've been slammed but here is your prescription. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!

I came in to grab a few essentials and redeem some points and register rewards on a Friday afternoon and had a pleasant experience! The cashier, I believe his name was Antonio...(I should have written it down) anywho he was very nice and in such a great mood! Love that type of attitude and it goes a long way given our current circumstances. I had trouble redeeming some register rewards and he didn't huff and puff and tell me to move along like other locations, he was happy to help! After earning more points, I wanted to use them right away so I went back to grab a few things and asked the manager Anthony for prices on products that were in the sales paper and he was also happy to help! Then I got my order together and a different young man helped me out. I don't know his name because he basically refused to even return my greeting. A simple response to hello, how's it going does not hurt. I said it three times before he said it back. He acted like I was bothering him. Anyway my register rewards were not scanning so he called the manager, Anthony over and he got me squared away and threw in some extra points. I totally appreciated that. I would've been good with just the great customer service. Great job fellas! Thanks again.

This was the worst trip to the drugstore ever, the short, dark curly haired female working the drive thru at 12:47pm today, is the RUDEST person I have encountered. She is arrogant, smart mouthed and intolerable. She needs to remember, WE are customers and she works for a company that offers us a service. When I asked 3 times to speak to someone, a manager named Danielle came to the window. As I explained what happen, she looked at me with no expression like I was not even there, she did not apologize for the situation, she kept going like I was a happy customer. FAR FROM IT!!!!! And nothing will be done to either of them. They will not get anymore of my business. There are other Walgreens Pharmacies and other pharmacies in general. I will give them my business. I think it's time for Walgreens to read the other reviews pertaining to this location.

Employee name Becky made me feel so uncomfortable, went to go get eyelashes and lipstick. Employee would not let me shop with out questioning me, as I ignored her and continue with my shopping I walked to pay. She stopped me and screamed she will take care of me, there was a long line and she made me cut everyone to pay. Everyone looked at me as if it wasn't fair, I didn't think it was fair either I felt very uncomfortable, she also made me feel as I i was going to steal something. I can guarantee you I make three times more money and would not put myself in trouble for eye lashes lol I will never go back to this Walgreens and I live in this neighborhood.
