This pharmacy loves to answer phones and not let anyone know that they are going to be placed on hold or not answer at all and then hang up. Who taught these people?

They never have children's suspensions in stock. Waited 4 days after the 'you rx is delayed text', called and waiting on hold for 14 min for them to let me know they were waiting on the suspension again. Anti-virals and antibiotics should be started asap and they can not make that happen at this pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy. Pharmacists there get involved in people person lives. The staff working at 3 PM and after on August 31 made comments into customer’s personal lives, one of which was an insult to someone with mental health issues and claimed they were “yelled at” a month ago because they felt it was their place to take sides in someone’s personal life and argument and make a judgement towards one of their clients with a mental health problem then think it’s okay to mention that to their nurse practitioner and make lies and risk being reported to whatever board runs pharmacists because that’s what’s about to happen. I will be coming in for your names and I will be reporting you also to someone else at Walgreens. I remember being bullied by someone and your pharmacist not hearing well in the drive thru window and taking their side and I remember me telling them to mind their own business and they think it’s professional and okay to not apologize or admit they were wrong. They take way too long and their staff don’t even know what they are talking about unless a puppet master comes and does their job for them I guess. I want this to be fixed and addressed and for this person to face consequences.

Physician sent prescriptions to pharmacy, and I came by the following day to pick up. I was told that the prescriptions were being filled by a central fill location to be delivered to their location and to come back in a few hours. They claim all of their prescriptions are filled elsewhere and brought over to this store. I return and there were no prescriptions from central fill, and the pharmacy makes me wait to fill the prescription. Then they tell me they only have a few days supply and I need to come back again. I’ve wasted hours of my time. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. Staff are rude and incompetent. Don’t bother.

After waiting an enormous amount of time in the drive-thru the one prescription I called in is not ready! Switching pharmacies. Absolute incompetent staff and closing over the past weekend has made everything backed up! Please do better Walgreens…you are losing my business because my patience has worn out. Zero stars if I could.

They refused my prescription multiple times and referred me to my doctor each time. I was refused my meds for an entire week before they realized they had them the entire time. Switched pharmacies immediately. Stay away

Like many other reviewers, I can’t stand this pharmacy.. I recently moved to the area and switched to this pharmacy, and its terrible - it’s super slow, and the customer service is awful.. almost every time I’ve filled an rx here, I get a text telling me its ready, but when I arrive they tell me to check back in an hour or two, or the next day. It’s never ready when it’s supposed to be, and they don’t respect my time. On one occasion, I had to make THREE trips to pick up ONE prescription because each time I arrived it still wasn’t ready. That’s crazy. Earlier this week I had 3 prescriptions called in, so yesterday I called, and was told only none were ready. I called again today, and was told that one is ready. I told her I’d be there tomorrow to pick up all three and asked her to confirm if they would be ready, and she responded “maybe, just call before you come…” LOL. (That’s literally why we’re on the phone right now?) Unacceptable. In addition, most staff members are rude, apathetic, and/or incompetent. I’ve had enough, I’m changing pharmacies after this week.

I remember seeing a frustrated customer in line once. He was loud, and at the time, I thought he was overreacting. Now, after having to fill multiple prescriptions here myself, I completely understand his frustration. This pharmacy just can't seem to keep up with the demands of this neighborhood. The third-party service you're using is letting you down. I constantly have to call to get my prescriptions filled on time, and I’m tired of it. You're losing my business, and it feels like no one cares. Please, get it together!

One of the slowest pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Takes hours for your meds to be ready and even if they are “ready” you’re still waiting in line for them to finish. Not to mention they are very understaffed. Choose another location if you can.

Brooke in the pharmacy needs to either get an attitude adjustment or learn to take a deep breath. She was so rude to the little old lady in front of me because she couldn't figure out how to pay. And then she was rude to me too, although I'm not sure what I did to deserve it. Everyone is allowed a bad day but this seemed undeserving.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Horrific wait times on the phone. Meds are NEVER ready when they should be. Staff is not friendly. Would rather pay cash for my prescriptions and fill somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens on 32nd street and Shea. I had a canvas printed for my mother in law and it turned out fantastic. Clark helped me with my canvas and it turned out so beautiful! The manager Todd made sure I received a proper discount. This team totally made my day!
