Customer service is horrible. I dropped off three prescriptions to be filled. I came to pick up my order and only 2/3 was filled. The guy argues that I only dropped off two when I handed him 3 scripts. He went to the back and returned to the front and gave some lame excuse on how he misplaced my prescription. No apologies for his rudeness or error. They need better training on safeguarding people's prescriptions. No excuses for misplacing orders. I waited for them to fill my script and left.
The following day I opened the medication I got filled for my son and they gave him the WRONG medication. I was pissed. I called Walgreens customer service and filed a complaint. Not only did I share my experience about them misplacing my son's prescription the day before but also filling his prescription with the wrong medication as well. That's a huge NO NO!!!! I received a call from Walgreens and later that day I came back for them to correct the error. I will not be returning to that Walgreens. I don't trust them.

Great store to shop at. The pharmacy, variation of products, cleanliness, orderly and associates make the store a great place to go to shop and get prescriptions.

This has got to be the worse place. If your diabetic dont have your scripts sent here. Nothing in stock and have to wait days. I wish these employee would have to go without insulin to know what its like. Whoever does the ordering is a moron. Never had this problem with CVS, but unfortunately United Health doesnt allow CVS and more, so I am stuck here.

Pharmacy is rude and inconsiderate. Antibiotic that my child needed was out of stock, I was told by the tech to “call around and see who has it, then they would transfer the Rx”. I’ve never experienced behavior like this from any Walgreens pharmacy.

Lack of customer service here and structure. We pulled up and went into the far lane, literally nobody even acknowledged us. After 10 minutes we reversed and pulled behind the car in the left lane with the window, they left and we pulled up still nobody said anything to us, then a car pulled into the lane and they helped them. Lol. So 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask how can I help you.

Terrible customer service. I picked up a medication on a Thursday, was told by the tech my second medication would be ready the next day (because they are always out of everything. What kind of pharmacy is consistently out of a medication?) I call on Saturday to make sure the prescription is ready before I go over to get it, and I'm told there's no record of that prescription. Your own pharmacy tech told me it would be ready the next day!
I don't know what cracker jack box these folks got their pharmacology education from, but avoid this circus at all costs. Luckily, there are around 15 other pharmacies nearby. Go to one of those.

Just so everyone on AHCCCS is fully aware this is the ONLY pharmacy that does not take the information. Cvs, frys, Walmart, Sam’s club even Costco. Not Walgreens. Knew there was a reason I never shop at Walgreens ? Oh and they’ll make you wait an hour for your prescription.

This isn’t a 24 hour pharmacy now , it’s the only reason I picked this place .. have gone back twice to get prescription that was suppose to be filled and still not ready .. short staffed they are .. maybe they should have a better system in place and share pharmacy employees and not have so many in pharmacy’s even open if service can’t be provided .. always long waits at any walgreens .. I’m done with this chain

Don’t know why everyone is hating on the pharmacy. They are so nice! Always going above and beyond for me! I really appreciate them!
