They didn’t go over the prescriptions that I was picking up, just charged my card on file. When I realized it was 100+ dollars too much I realized they filled a sensor reader that I don’t use, didn’t want. I try to hand them back an unopened box in same condition they just gave it to me in 10 minutes earlier and they wouldn’t return it. I get the policy on medicine that nothing comes back but this is ridiculous.

If you get a person named Nikki in pharmacy just ask for someone else. She is extremely rude and I guess believes that 1:20 should be the time the pharmacy closes for their lunch break instead of 1:30 as their papers, board and website state even though you are the only one in line at the time and so it obviously shouldn't take 10 minutes to pick up a prescription. But apparently I'm an inconvenience because I have work and running to do as well and still made it in time. So if you want evil glares huff and puffs and her taking the literal 10 minutes to cash you out 2 prescriptions then be my guest.

I have used this walgreens pharmacy for twenty years. I have never had any issues with my prescriptions or the pharmacy itself.

I had a wonderful visit—both the cashier and manager were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their excellent customer service made my experience smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism!

The manager of the store that was working the photo counter today has no customer service skills whatsoever. They messed up an order that I paid for ahead of time online that I need it for my business and instead of showing me any sympathy, he just said stuff happens. Learn how to address customers. I am seething with anger and this is affecting my clientele and as a professional individual I will never pick Walgreens for my photo needs again.

This location apparently is understaffed . Long phone wait times and getting a script filled same day unlikely . Had a script sent over at 4pm on a weekday and it still wasn't even processed by noon next day ?

This Walgreens is the way Walgreens alwaS has been. The ladies in the front are kind, friendly and very quick to help you or just chat.The pharmacy is also very quick Chris the Pharm is awesome and kind to my wife all the time she picks up our medications.They have a FedEx store and it's great.Highly recommend this Walgreens!!

Pharmacy Review:Quite busy, yet every time treated with kindness and sense of urgency. My prescription was not available, yet they promptly went above and beyond to located a close pharmacy for me.
