I really do understand the low ratings for this pharmacy. Awful. I used the online service to refill a prescription 4 days before I run out of it. The system says it will be ready in 2 days. It isn't. Now it's been 3 days. I call to see when it will be. I can hear the pharmacy department repeatedly pick up the phone and put it back on the hold music as if you don't detect that they keep doing that so it won't ring on their end. Makes your hold time long, makes you feel insulted and primes you for a bad interaction. When they do deign to actually answer the phone. In spite of that, I tried to maintain a polite nature. The woman who did answer was definitely primed for a bad interaction herself beecause she was needlessly argumentative and snappy. Maybe she was coming off some other rough call or was yelled at previously, I don't know. But I know I didn't yell or abuse her, so why am I being treated like crap because of your bad day? Anyway, it was like the system never even took the order days ago, nothing there, had to do it all over again. Horrible service technologically and personally. Time to switch to CVS.

Avoid this store at all cost possible especially if you have to deal with the management team John (supervisor) he has no idea what he's doing and could not even upload money to my account that I've been doing here for 2 years and when I told him that my bank told me that it was an operator error that they were entering it incorrectly and I explained that to him he told me I was wrong and then I needed to find a REAL bank that I can walk into and deposit cash mind you I have Capital One he was very rude disrespectful and nobody should have to deal with the way he treats people you can honestly tell he does not want to be at his job!

They are the worst of the worst...3 scripts sent over from dr at 1pm today. Called 3 x to them delivered...they even charged my card...called again around 6:30 only to be told they weren't supposed to be delivered but I can get them delivered tomorrow...I have pneumonia and would like to get them in my system....don't know if CVS is any better but going to give them a try

Taylor and Amanda at the Walgreens on Cave Creek and Union Hills were exceptional in making sure that I had exactly what I needed from the photo department. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my prints were perfect for my mother's memorial service.

Not sure what to say… if I could give negative stars this would be a -5 stars.
These pharmacy staff is SO over worked; if you are looking to treat your people like garbage you are doing a great job! If you are looking to epically fail at customer service you have succeeded!

They are the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Lost medications, meds not filled when they said they would, said it was ready to pick up and they could not find it…..the list goes on and on. I am a retired nurse and know my meds etc and how to navigate the healthcare system. Walgreens is so broken it is impossible. Add the fact many of their staff is incompetent, rude or complacent. DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. I am moving my medications to Walmart (Tatum and Bell) so much better and meds cheaper.

Just one of the worst places to get medication filled, recently had medication placed here at to have it placed at a different location after getting into an argument with their staff in the pharmacy.
The pharmacy staff at this location do not care about the people who need medication, they can't read nor know how to check insurance cards.
I had a child with an ear infection and they didn't even care, threw the medication away after having filled it for me and told me to go elsewhere. The kid helping me looked extremely confused and had absolutely zero sense of urgency, nor did the inside staff who where even worse as they showed Zero cares at all, refused to give any information on on them so I could complain about the service they provided to me.
Literally have told family members and any of my friends who use the same pharmacy to switch immediately to not give this awful establishment anymore of their time and or money, seriously believe this pharmacy needs an overhaul especially when it comes to how they treat those who come to them needing a service as they absolutely don't care about the patients here at this location.
Ended up going to a different location to get my meds filled which they had ready for me in less then 15 mins.

Horrible. If you rely on critical medications DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They close down all the time and do not have medications on hand. If they don't have it in stock, you won't know right away and by the time you find out you will be out of meds.

If I could give this Walgreens a zero star, I would. They are constantly behind, they take forever to fill prescriptions, they archive prescriptions without your knowledge and take them off your profile, when a prescription is out of stock, they just cancel it and don't let you know, the pharmacy techs don't know how to pronounce medications, and THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. It rings and rings and rings until you're on hold for 20 minutes, and then the line disconnects, hanging up on you. Go to literally any other Walgreens or pharmacy besides this one. You'll be glad you did.

Came in Saturday 4/26 to get a script filled. It was towards the end of the day, they said come back tomorrow to pick it up. Come in on Sunday 4/27, they then say it needs to come from the warehouse and it’ll be in Monday. I explain I was there yesterday and was told to come back today. They check if it’s in stock, it is, and then tell me to come back in an hour. I come back 2 hours later, it’s not filled, and I’m told to come back on Monday, it will come from warehouse. This is my third and last trip. I’ll start going to cvs from now on.
