Never use this place for passport photo they charge more than Walmart, Fedex and CVS I paid around $18 for just 2 photosthat they took then they asked for around $37 for 4 more , I dont think it should be this much for reprint since they are not taking photos again, so you know I paid $16 for 6 photos online at Walmart, i should have taken my own photo and Walmart would have made it to passport configuration, i have best Canon and Sony camera they use a cheap old purple color compact camera , while i was walking around all food items are by far more expensive than Walmart , Frys Food City, WinCo so dont buy any food item there either, they are a rip off , that is why even for medications i switched to CVS pharmacies

I’m giving Walgreens corporation one star. Why would a prescription for a generic drug be $300 at Walgreens and at Costco for that same prescription $24? This should be illegal.

Had an urgent prescription sent, and when they called they left a voicemail and informed me that there was a delay due to an insurance issue. When I called the store I was on hold for 45 mins then disconnected. I called back to speak to someone in a different department and they told me the pharmacy was closed today because someone called off, and their only suggestion was to try a different store. I asked if that was actually a possible solution, and was told "yeah I'm not sure honestly." Completely unacceptable

I will never use this Walgreens Cave Creek Road in Union Hills pharmacy again. I spoke to the pharmacist this morning and he refused to fill my prescription. I have been using the pharmacy at Greenway and Cave Creek Road for close to 15 years. They were excellent. They are closing on February 20 and have moved everything over to the Pharmacy on Union Hills And Cave Creek Road. I can’t believe how bad the pharmacist is there. He made me feel absolutely humiliated about the medication I am taking. I felt so bad after talking to him. I can’t believe that a pharmacist is allowed to speak to a customer in this manner. I asked him to look at my Walgreens records from the other location. He refused to look at my records. And refused to fill the order that my doctor had called in. I will continue to reach out to everybody. I can to let them know about the pharmacist at this location, Cave Creek Road in Union Hills.

The pharmacy is bad and the manager in the pharmacy sucks. My doctors office messed up and my partner picked it up, it was the wrong medication. And costed $60, I have gotten the same medication outside in the past for $35. We didn’t even know this was the one that they sent. Went back and tried to explain it and he didn’t even care. Very bad attitude. Sounded like a racist. Changing my pharmacy and would never go back to this location. They even lied about explaining how to use the medication when it was clearly a topical ointment that they gave instead of pills and didn’t explain anything. Clearly lying. I mean I don’t even know if they are qualified enough to work here and talk all lies.

Employees are doing what they can, they don’t have staff or processes set up to manage simple vaccine administration. Appointments don’t matter, walks ins will go ahead of you. They will get to you when they get to you.Walgreens should do better for their employees and customers.

Worst pharmacy ever. They told me an hour. When I called after an hour, they told me another hour. They blamed it on the holidays. But the holidays were 5 days ago. No excuse. I would go elsewhere but I am stuck with this location.

The pharmacy at this location is uneducated and ignorant as to how doordash orders are supposed to be picked up, they break the TOS they agree too when they signed up for dashers to pick up the medicine..They force drivers to mark orders picked up before they even provide the order to the drivers, then they won't give them to you until you confirm the addresses, but if you have 2 orders you can't show them the 2nd address until the delivery has been completed.So you have to call support and get them to cancel. So I wasted 30 minutes, and the customers dont get there medicine all because this location refuses too follow the TOS THEY AGREED TOO. No other cvs or walgreens does this, I still got paid, but the fact they waste people's time and make it so customers can't get there medicine because the employees are igorant is not ok

Poor customer service, after waiting 15 min and 4 people looking for my online order package, did not want to look for it, I forced them, finally found it, no apologies. The pharmacy is slow also.

This evening at 8:30pm I visited store # 3132 with my 12 year old son to buy some items for my sick wife. While I was in there searching for the needed items, my son had a bathroom emergency — the kind where if he didn’t go immediately there would have been a mess in the store. I approached one of the workers there and asked for the bathroom code. The worker (April) was extremely rude and refused to provide the code. I’ve visited this store MANY times before and have never experienced an employee refusing to provide the bathroom code. Out of desperation for my sick wife, I tried to quickly complete my shopping to get out of there and take my son someplace else. Just then, my son told me that if he didn’t get to a bathroom immediately that he was going to go in his pants. Thankfully at that moment, another employee from the pharmacy was nearby, and he opened the bathroom door for my son without question or hesitation. Against my better judgment, I competed my shopping and was forced to pay cash (since their “systems were down and would not accept debit”), which was another delight to this fantastic shopping experience. On my way out, the rude employee “April” was outside at the propane tanks. I expressed my frustration about her attitude and explained that thankfully the gentleman from the pharmacy allowed my son to use the restroom, or else there would have been a mess to clean up in the aisles. She again was unapologetic and rude. I have shopped at this store frequently in the past, but I will NEVER return to store 3132 because of the horrible customer service that “April” provides.

The cashiers are extremely friendly here but the pharmacy is downright rude . Bad customer service and unprofessional. I came in for one prescription. I was going to transfer the rest of them, but I will not after my experience last two times here.

I wish I can get a zero.. I came here today to do my passport picture and this guy that works there he was so rude to me.. He was yelling at me and telling me I have an attitude. I never said anything rude to him I just wanted my picture lol.. He refused to take a picture, refused to get someone else to help me.He was yelling so much for no reason.. I will never go here again costumer service is zero..I never saw anything like this before..

Every time I go in this store these people are RUDE NASTY and give the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Luis is a clerk/male very sweet and kind but the rest are unbelievably rude from the cashiers, pharmacists, I'll be changing pharmacies. I hate this dump. I'd give no stars if it was an option. The pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. I'll take my money elsewhere.On 3/13/23 I tried to have ALL of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and the staff at THIS STORE PURPOSELY withheld prescriptions WITH refills from being transferred to new pharmacy. THEIR STAFF is being reported to the Arizona state board of pharmacy for harassment and for withholding what could be life altering medications. I hope this is clear enough for potential customers. This pharmacy doesn't belong in business. More intentional harassment from this staff will NOT BE TOLERATED. PURPOSELY WITHHELD. Spoke with Jena about transferring to new pharmacy and she consulted with pharmacist Sabrina.AVOID THIS PHARMACY to save yourself the stress and purposeful harassment.3/27/23 corporate begged for another chance. I ordered a photo ornament they're out for one to two weeks. Unbelievable3/29/23 spoke with rude incompetent manager and was informed by her that the photo position in Phoenix at cave creek and union hills has been eliminated. I'd recommend CLOSING this location. Every department is incompetent. Goodbye Walgreen's! I'm done with this MESS OF A COMPANY. And I will tell every single person I know all of the above. I hope you go out of business.
