Visited this store for a few prescriptions, pharmacy staff was unwilling to assist in getting my insurance sorted out to cover the 2 prescriptions, absolutely refused told me to call and get the info then said nope we need this then again said you have to call so I called again. This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. The other store staff are helpful and kind but don’t use a pharmacy unwilling to help a woman crying diagnosed with bronchitis and running a fever.

This company just gets worse and worse. The stores are always understaffed and messy , let's not even talk about customer service. This particular location has been one of those were no matter who is on shift they always give you attitude and are so unfriendly. At this point I honestly much rather drive 5 more minutes and visit a Target were at least there will be more staff and I will get treated with respect. Walgreens is so overpriced anyway... Just give your money and business to companies that actually care about their employees and their customers.
I had my last attempt at getting that here today but my pick up order was cancelled due to my items being "out of stock" I decided to give the employees the benefit of the doubt and went to pick up my photo order and since I was there, decided to see If I could find any of the 5 items in stock, to my surprise all 5 were in stock and had multiple of the item on the shelf . No big deal I just picked them up and went to pay for them. Well...my order was cancelled but my coupons were "used" and did not apply to my purchase. I politely explained that to Polly the cashier and she decided to give me attitude and be rude. I cancelled the purchase and walked out.

Not very good selection of products, and the pharmacy almost never has my prescriptions ready on time. Very difficult to get my medicine when I need it.

R.R.s are never printed. They don't give them points and it's a battle with prices. I do not recommend this store

There was a little boy 70lbs wet behind the photo desk gawking at women. I am waiting waiting for photos, my photos aren’t done. I had to leave, late to work from lunch, have to go back after after work which is out of my way. Never ever again. Order was placed yesterday and it was an hr photo. Currently waiting on the phone to confirm my photos are done so I can know they are done before driving there again after work and still on hold.

I’ve been to a lot of different pharmacies and had a lot of experiences. I have been filling my prescriptions at this Walgreens for almost a year and I have never had so many bad experiences at the same pharmacy. My doctor will call in a refill and it can take them a week to fill it when other pharmacies would have it done same day. Just recently, my doctor sent over a new medication. I received an email saying that it was out of stock and they were ordering it. Okay, no big deal right? Well, I checked my Walgreens app today to find out that it was cancelled without notifying me or providing any reason, and when I called to ask about it, they said they couldn’t find that it had been ordered for me, even though I had received correspondence that they had gotten the script and can still see that it was cancelled. This isn’t even the first time I have had to deal with something like this. I don’t plan on returning to this pharmacy and I think it’s a joke for them to call themselves a pharmacy at all.

Rudest pharmacy I have ever had to deal with , kept me on hold for 20 minutes . Purposely being difficult because she did not want to check stock on a prescription . Extremely aggravating I wish Walgreens would hire more professional people

Do NOT send your prescriptions here. The pharmacy never has anything in stock. They say they will call other pharmacies to find your prescription, but never call you back. If this were a life and death situation I would’ve died. I hope you guys get sued and go out of business.

To whom this may concern,I am filing a formal complaint regarding the terrible customer service I have ever witnessed. Last night at Store #4722 in phoenix, I witnessed a elder associate (man) tackling an extremely busy line at the register, while the other elder associate (woman) whom informed me she has arthritis in her wrist stock shelves. I witnessed 3-4 younger employees walk past me at the photo stand as I patiently waited for service. I grabbed the elder associate attention seeking some assistance. She went into the back room where the younger employees were hanging out in, returned to me stating the pictures will need to be picked up tomorrow morning. Mind you it’s 7:55pm. Photo print section closes at 9pm. I asked the elder cashier if he can print my pictures as I desperately need them for my passport appointment the following morning. He prints my photo and the scanning label. I ask why are they working alone in such a busy store? The associate shakes their head and says: “It’s always like that with them. They hangout in that room all of the time.” Mind you the two associates working are in their early seventies! Absolutely broke my heart. That was such a disheartening experience to witness. I will not be returning to that store again.

I can sympathize with a store being understaffed. But when you have four people working in the pharmacy, and no one can at least greet a customer and say that you'll be with them soon, you have a problem. When you have nobody at the main front register for more than five minutes, despite a line of people, waiting to pay, that's a problem. if you are shortstaffed, the one, and I mean, the only one position that you should make sure is not abandoned is the front register.
