I visited for the purpose of filling a prescription for my cat. The Pharmacy Tech, Cynthia, was very, very helpful in helping me figure out which coupon would get me the best price for my cat's med. As she assisted me, she was very knowledgeable, patient, and cheerful, and it was a lovely experience interacting with her. Walgreens is very lucky to have her as an employee.

The female manager should be fired. Christmas time, I had just had a major surgery on my arm and it was casted, I couldn't read the ingredients in a product. She read off of 1 bottle and REFUSED to read any more of them to help me. I went to leave
because of the lack of help, then fell because your Xmas display was sticking out of its corner. I went down hard on my arm. She was standing right there. No offer to help get me up off the floor. I hurt my arm and knee so bad it was bleeding under my pant leg.! You were lucky to not have a law suit on your hands as it was on tape. She was mean and rude!

The Gentleman working the register was super nice and funny! Came to load money on my Chime Card and received great service!! Bought Chocolate in this 109 degree weather we joked it would melt by the time I got to the car. Now this is customer service thank you!!! ??

I was in the pharmacy yesterday evening ~8:45pm. I've tried to use a goodrx coupon in the past and was told their store policy is that if you have insurance, they won't allow you to use a goodrx coupon on my type of meds. Okay, fine.My insurance terminated effective 7/20/23 and I currently have no insurance and last night, they still refused to use a goodrx coupon. They stated it is the pharmacy manager's discretion and they were not going to be back until Monday. Okay?They should have a backup to make these decisions then.The pharmacy employee told me they make these things clear in the beginning when we start filling rx's so we can go elsewhere if we choose to. That may make sense if they had not been inconsistent in communicating the policy. Perhaps put it in WRITING so it is clear in order to minimize issues like this, since employees obviously have different ideas about what the policy is. As it stands, it is verbally communicated and not all of the Walgreens employees are on the same page.I had to pay full price with no goodrx discount in order to get my meds and that isn't right based on what I've been told in the past.Bottom line, get it together, put your policy in writing and get some employees who know how to do the right thing.

There are no issues with this place, and it is always clean and stocked. The only drawback is that the freezer is broken a lot.

The store itself is great, but lately, at night, there are no lights in the parking lot. The Walgreens signs aren't on either. You would think the store was closed, yet it's open. I took some photos, but my camera seemed to adjust the brightness, and the store looks lit up.
