The last three mobile orders I have placed here have been unfulfilled. First time they gave me the wrong items and wouldn’t take them back when I noticed. I told them I wanted a refund and they said I had to request the refund through the app but they wouldn’t take back the items. So how was I supposed to get a refund if I took the product. They refused to do the refund or take back the product. The second time the items were in stock so the app let the order go through but when I got there they didn’t have anything they said. Today after waiting two hours before going to get my items I get there and they hadn’t even started my order and within a couple minutes they don’t have anything again. Every other store I have ever ordered from always has what I need in stock when it says it is “in stock” but here “in stock” means nothing I guess. It’s just very frustrating.

40+ minutes wait time for a prescription that is ready for pick up. Drive thru is mostly unattended because pharmacist must be too good to help techs - and techs leaving you there waiting while they help other people and come back to “help you” because they forgot they were getting your prescription…
Either store manager or pharmacy manager walked in avoiding all eye contact because I guess he is too good to help customers. Worst location!!!
Transferred my RX to this location because it was convenient but I am transferring back to my original pharmacy in Buckeye.

Spoke with Yolanda the supervisor on duty at 4315 w McDowell rd in Phoenix Az and was very rude when I asked her if a photo cube was being made. I have been waiting for this photo cube for the past 4 days. Two previous managers there had stated that no one has been trained and they do not put priority to the photo dept therefore it would be ready the next day. As mentioned I have waited 4 days for this photo cube for Yolanda to then tell me they do not make those in store and they get shipped instead and I could go to a different store to have those made. She mentioned this very rudely. It does not state online that this is the case that I could get it shipped to me. The two previous managers mentioned it could be made and that due to lack of training in the photo department it had not been made.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PHARMACY.. THEY ARE RUDE THEY HUNG UP SEVERAL TIMES WHILE IM ASKING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT MY CHILDS PRESCRIPTION.. TODAY JANUARY 25TH 2024 1PM WHO EVER THE MANAGEMENT IS REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR WORKERS CAUSE THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Jan 15,2024, I went to the store to buy toilet paper and when we went to check out, there was this young native lady that was the cashier, and she didn't seem very happy she didn't ask if I had a rewards number or even bag or toilet paper and when I ask her to please bag it her Attitude got ugly as u can see one bag reap and didn't mind asking if she can give us another one and behind us there was a young lady that wanted to return some items and the lady ask her in spanish n the cashier just gave her nasty look and when I was now in my car I saw the young lady that was behind me walking back to her car with the things she wanted to return

Like most Walgreens, this location has what I want. I love their Wet n Wild brand. Cheap and affordable when you’re on the budget.

went to the pharmacy to get insulin needles, the tech told me she didn't have any, then went to the back and grabbed ones that "were $4-5 more expensive, because they aren't walgreens brand" and when she rang them up they were $3
