Ruth was not helpful one bit. Stubborn about giving 50 cents off for a coupon as it would be taken from her paycheck

On December 13th 2023 I walked into this Walgreens and asked them to let me know what insurance they take and they refuse to give me a list or tell me of any. They're just very nasty about it. So I went back to the car and I told my mom and we had the list from my doctor's place so we drove it up to the pharmacy and my mom handed the list to them and ask them to Mark the ones that they take. The one black guy at the window did it what she was nice but the bottom line is that a pharmacy is supposed to be helpful to patients and not nasty. When I walked in there they didn't want to help me at all. I would not recommend this Walgreens to nobody. I think they act that way because they're by 19th avenue and Bethany and if you don't like the area move to a different location and work. They would get a zero on their professionalism except that one worker that resolved our issue.

Where do I start. Bought a bunch of their Xmas present items. Had to return 2 of them because they were so cheaply made they didn't even work. Tried the big dill pickle. Almost thru up. Food is supposed to taste good not bad. Why do places sell food that no one would eat? I just don't get that? And why do they only make one check out person ring everyone up? They never have two check out person's working no matter how long the line is. It's like they could care less if you buy something in their stores. They just don't seem to care. And I go regularly to get my refill medication and it's always like this. It never changes

I was waiting on a prescription and was not allowed to use the restroom, so I had to walk all the way to Target to use a restroom. I had planned to do some shopping at the Walgreen's but instead I had to spend that time walking to Target and had my SO come pick me up after he got the prescription. Also there was feces in the crosswalk. Not sure if that was related to their no facilities policy or not, lol

arrived just before closing time and the store had closed their doors more than 15 minutes than the closing time they have!! Cashier did not return my items too because they were purchased at a different location and I had no receipt other than my transaction confirmation through door dash.

I went in and was told there wasn't a restroom. I know they're not telling the truth because I work for a neighboring Walgreens. I know they're not supposed to tell customers this. I will be following up with corporate.

I experienced my first yuck visit to another location December 2022.This location just reinforced my new feels about Walgreens pharmacies. Much like the last time, I was bringing someone as early following surgery as allowed. Much like the last time, they received the order from the hospital (presumably there is a way to identify this). They close at 6 pm on a Friday. We walk in at 5:56/57? and proceed to the counter. We are greeted by the pharmacist on her way out apologizing that they're closed (it's now 5:58). I had to just bite my tongue, as she is asked if they can transfer to another location (however, they all close at that time these days it seems, because people only need their scripts between 10-6 on any given day. Pffft). If she stayed open until 6, she'd have been able to hand my buddy his meds, ring him up and still be out at 6pm. But nah, instead he and like 100s of thousands of others can tell their bodies to wait until the pharmacist shows up. Funny, Walgreens open hours without a pharmacy open simultaneously, what is that? It certainly isn't Healthcare or health related. Convince me pharmacy chick, that you got into the field for the people and not the money or something else. Because your rushing as you were told me there wasn't a patient or patience on your mind at all.

I had to get two prescriptions filled for my dog. I came here around 7 o'clock at night. I was glad the pharmacy was still open at that time of the evening. The young pharmacy tech who helped me was very nice. He helped me with the Good Rx coupons. The other guy made sure I understood the directions for giving the pills to my dog.I didn't have to wait long at all to receive have the prescriptions filled.

My father and I went to buy walgreen's severe cold and flu that stated at the price of "8.99" on the price tag ticket. When we purchase the product, the price on the receipt said 11.99. With tax, it was a total up to nearly 13-14 dollars. If the medicine cost 11.99, please put it at 11.99, not 8.99. And some lady with short hair and a guy that works at the register told my dad if there was difference in pricing, we should tell them before purchasing. How should he know that ? Does my dad even work there ? GEE Why should it be a customer responsibility to tell an employee at walgreens "what the pricing was before purchasing?" We only knew it was 11.99 after the purchase not before it. If the price ticket on the shelf said 11.99 instead of 8.99, this would not be a problem. To add, the cashier stated he could not refund and it was only "exchanged or store credit". It took the manager to give us our money back for a good 15-30 minutes. The manager seem to be the only one to show genuine sympathy and apologize to us while the other lady was frustrated about the situation. Walgreen should check their employee's for being incompetent, their lack of communication skills, and their incorrect prices.

This specific Walgreens pharmacy is the best. They go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of. Dramatically different than CVS or other Walgreens. Jennifer was especially helpful on a recent day when I had failed to pick up items in a timely manner.

Cannot get a prescription from this pharmacy without multiple trips. Completely unhelpful. Vince is one of the unhelpful pharmacists there. To be fair to him, he's par for the course at that Walgreens.

Walked up to photo to pick up photos and the person looked at me and went to the back. Clicked the button for service and it rang for 5 mins before he came out. Annoying.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the best I've ever been to period. Always well staffed and they are happy to help. Never been in line longer than a few minutes and they are quick. They also have a guard working which helps cause it's a little creepy outside because of Light Rail. Not the store's fault.
