The Pharmacist's name Artie at this location is amazing!!
He goes above and beyond for every single person that has a situation outside of the norm.
I have witnessed him make phone calls, do research and make magic happen in situations that would otherwise frustrate a customer in need.
I don't feel he gets enough recognition.
He seems like a very humble person But I wanted to recognize him because he is one of the best pharmacist I have ever come in contact with!!
Artie has never once made me feel like I am bothering him or keeping him from getting his work done

We got a passport picture from this store and it got rejected at our passport appt.. We had to go get a whole new one. The other Walgreens we went to pointed out all the mistakes. Waste of money. Do it right!

I ordered a few items on the app and picked them up from a different store. I ended up not needing all of the items and attempted to return the unopened items at this location. The store manager said I couldn’t return them because I didn’t have a receipt barcode. She said she was unable to look up the order and that I would have to return to the store that fulfilled the order. I showed her the return policy that is provided within the order details, but she still refused to return them for anything other than store credit. I left and went to a different location on 7th St (not the one that fulfilled the order) and the store manager at that location was able to look up the order using the return screen’s e-commerce look up. She said the manager at this location was wrong, and had she called their internal support line, they would have walked her through it.

The epitome of our late stage capitalist hellscape is a convenience store that isn't convenient at all, punishes paying customers by locking basic, cheap items behind plastic and forces you to wait for someone to come get the item for you. Then, you walk up to a register with no one working behind the counter. Ironically, if you were to steal an item and walk out of the store, I'm sure someone would be on you in SECONDS.
The ONLY reason these places still exist is because Amazon can't ship items like aerosols. I'd be thrilled to never have to set foot here ever again.

I went to the pharmacy of Walgreens and asked an employee where the eye drops are due to having an eye problem that morning. I asked a pharmacist by the name of Marie and asked what eye drops to use for my eye that was irritated. She walked of the office just to show me the eye drops she recommended for my eye. I thanked her so much and hope she has a blessed day! This was the best service! I took a picture of my receipt for proof and I unfortunately couldn’t do the survey.

The lady with the dyed blonde hair and dark eyebrows, And the pharmacy technician next to her with the dark hair, in blue scrubs, I Came through the drive-through To pick up my prescriptions. Walgreens app Online told me, That I could use one of the suggested coupons for my prescription. They said they were not allowed to use coupons for pain medication’s, I ended up having to come inside because they did not take Apple Pay at the drive-through. I even tried to use my insurance of UnitedHealthcare. Instead of trying to assist me through the process of adding my insurance, they flat out, told me they could not do it. Didn’t even attempt to try. I asked for a
supervisor. The blonde hair technician was speaking, Spanish to the other, dark haired technician in the blue scrubs. Went to the pharmacist showed her my prescription, and she said sorry she said no we can’t do it. I felt discriminated against. No customer service. I would’ve paid $26 with my chosen coupon at Walgreens suggested for me on the app. But I ended up having to pay $181.00. $45 in cash and $140 on my Apple Pay. I decided to go to this Walgreens, because, 8 CVS were out of stock of my medication. CVS always lets me use a coupon with my medication so why can’t Walgreens follow suit I mean they used to. I’ve had no problem any other time when I visited a Walgreens and they applied my coupon. This time I was flat out, told NO! no assistance, and no help. And quickly dismissed. I will not be Going to this Walgreens, or any other Walgreens for my medication‘s at their pharmacies ever again! I left mortified and irritated. Corporate Walgreens if you are reading this. Please hire and train better technicians, that are informative and helpful with your pharmacies. Because the 2 I encountered today, made me feel discriminated against. I’ve been taking my medication for about 5 years now, and I have a lot of medical conditions, That I need my medication for. and just because somebody Is prescribed pain medicine doesn’t make them a drug addict. Walgreens, please hire and train better technicians in your stores, Because I’m probably not the first and the last customer this is gonna happen to! Horrible experience ever!!

Worst pharmacy! Every time I go it's like I'm bothering them. A few weeks ago I went an hour after Urgent Care said to go & it still wasn't ready. She looked & spoke to me like I was crazy for showing up when I did. She told me to come back in 20 mins. I did. They were on lunch. She was kind enough to plan that out. Now today, I have COVID. My doctor sent over urgent prescriptions notating I needed them ASAP. I called 40 mins later to make sure I didn't waste a trip & they said they don't carry these & wont fill them. Didn't bother calling my doctor's office to notify them, didn't bother calling me to notify me. Waited until I called & now I have to find another pharmacy tomorrow because it's too late today. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. Please, be kind & don't bother them while they're 'at work'

Make sure you have your FedEx package taped before entering.I borrowed tape from the staff member at the register.I believe her name is Angelica, she came over and rudely snatched the tape from me.I said, “was tapping it wrong or something?” She said, “like I said before you should your packages taped already and this is our tape.”
