Take care of the gnats in the pharmacy drive- through! It’s disgusting to roll down your window to talk to the pharmacist and have a bunch of gnats get into your car! They said you guys had an exterminator come once, but you obviously need them to come consistently.

Bad treatment from the staff. I went to buy some beers and the older cashier didn't want to sell to me because my AID was from Mexico. I've been in this country for 5 years and this had never happened to me. The lady discriminated against me and told everyone that she wasn't going to sell to me because I was from Mexico.

Terrible customer service. The times that I have shopped here, I am met with poor attitudes and an unwillingness to help. Was looking for glycerin today and the lady seemed annoyed that I requested assistance.

Absolutely the slowest and worst customer service I've had at a Walgreens store. The lady behind the print counter was disengaged and very rude!!

I had a pleasant experience today at my local Walgreens. I was very impressed with a young lady who is an employee there Angelisa is her name red hair and welcoming. She took time and helped me find what I needed without hesitation. The whole time with a smile and excellent customer service. She proceeded to ring me up . Positive attitude great employee. I will definitely come back here.

Shopped at Walgreens on 40st and southern and the worker Angelisa was awesome. She helped me find everything I needed in the cosmetics department. Definitely will be going back.

My whole shopping experience was horrible. I went in for a few things. And one of the workers there was talking about inappropriate things she would do with the store manager. And I've witnessed nothing but females working at this location I have yet to see a male worker. The store manger is rude and sarcastic and snobby, wouldn't let me use any rewards that I have received from signing up for their credit card. I would NEVER come back to this location.

I came in for the pharmacy, and the pharmacy staff was nice and professional. After getting done at the pharmacy, I went to go buy something. The woman who came to the register(the manager I believe) was extremely rude. She barely talked to me, after scanning my items. Was impatient and asked if my card was all the way in, even though it was and it was just processing. Afterwards she called me a rude name as she left. She didn't even bother to bag the item I was purchasing. I will never buy anything from here again, besides from the pharmacy.

Been coming here for 3 years now, Staff is miserable here. most have zero intentions of helping anyone and if your black/brown paying with cash, they will triple check each bill and of course they all of a sudden pop up in whatever isle your in, pretending to fix something. At best you see 2 registers open, the rest of the time they have 1 person and they always seem to have an attitude. Idk what the company politics are, but this store needs new management. Better to drive about half mile up and not deal with all this nonsense for simple transactions. Just not worth it here.
