I never have complaints about this Walgreens and I come here often. They did think that I was stealing one time because I let my kid play in the toy aisle and she kinda wrecked it. So that was cool. The lady at the register is always friendly and kind.

I called this Walgreens pharmacy today for a refill. It rang probably 50 times. Then a woman picked up. I heard her voice in the background. And she hung up. I called back moments later, furious, and the same voice of the same woman picked up. Turns out it was the manager of the pharmacy or so she said, named Kinjao. When I called her out about hanging up on me, she lied and said it didn't happen. This is the manager! OMG. This is not the first time I've had attitude and slovenly customer service from this pharmacy. They're not worth the higher prices. I can get this kind of crappy pharmacy service from Walmart at half the price.

I love this Walgreens! The staff is friendly and attentive. Their system for informed about my prescriptions is very efficient. But today they went above and beyond! I was trying to print very special pictures from my son's firefighter Family Night and was having problems. The photo person redid my botched photos at no cost. I have a CVS closer to me and their customer service is horrible. I'll stick to my Walgreens.

Waited over 20 minutes before the pharmacy tech came to the window, then rudely asked “Can I help you??” and had an attitude over having to help a customer. Just changed to CVS ??

It never fails …. The service is beyond pathetic and rude !! Especially the drive through …. They will never have the scripts ready in time … how these guys stay in biz is a mystery …

The people in the pharmacy are awful. They are highly unintelligent and working in a position that requires some common sense to be able to help people with health problems. They are disgustingly rude and the male that works there is the biggest problem. Every time I have gone in there I have had issues due to their poor customer service or just being lazy. They have lied about prescriptions being available and cancelled prescriptions without my consent. However the biggest issue I had was the laziness by the individual who entered my insurance information wrong and they continued to tell me the my insurance didn't cover any of my prescriptions. This is flat out unacceptable laziness and should be addressed, but they dont care and continue to let their employees be sloppy.

Clearly someone works here that shouldn’t. Incredibly rude, been waiting for 5 days to get prescription in, and when asked about how long, clearly it was too much for her to say. “We’re really backed up and sorry delay”Rather, a snide remark to how many people in front and clearly zero compassion. You’re in health care whether you like it or not. Care being key word. Dissapointed, and after this, never coming back

My doctor sent a prescription in for strep throat.Pharmacist and tech were incredibly rude. Refused to give me an estimated pick up time. I obviously didn’t feel well and the customer service/compassion were absolutely horrificWould rather cash pay to go to another pharmacy

The most horrific Pharmacy in the neighborhood. The Pharmacist who helped me last night did nothing to help. She judged, she criticized my doctor, she made me extremely uncomfortable and questioned why I was taking Testosterone that was for “MANS” as she shook the box at me. I was mortified and as a pharmacist, she should know that the FDA has not regulated a Testosterone for WOMEN!!!!!!!! So YES Lady, I have to take something for “MANS”!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again.
