While putting my medication in the proper cassette I came across a 5 MG oxycontin pill. I do not take this medication, never have. Rx tech on phone rude and rushed. Acted like no big deal. I understand mistakes are made. Didn't appreciate the who cares attitude. I expect an appropriate attitude and explanation. Will I get such customer service we will see.

Not sure who I talked to in the pharmacy just now but she was beyond rude. If there's an insurance issue that the customer isn't aware of, asking them very rudely if they want to pay out of pocket is probably not the way to go.

I only gave this store a one because I had to. The young lady who was working the point of sale, was so rude. They should have her stocking in the back and not have her around customers. I returned an item, and she was very difficult, not friendly at all. I normally go to the Walgreens at 16th St. & Glendale, but the parking lot was roped off, which forced me to go to the one on 7th Street and Glendale. Never again when I go to the store On 7th St & Glendale.I called after I left the establishment to speak with the manager, and I’m pretty sure the person who picked up the phone was the cashier, and she told me that she was the manager. I could be wrong, but probably not likely.

I always do online ordering and pick up. They get your order done so fast and it is easy in and out. Never to crowded or long wait lines.

No to busy at time I was there prices normal as any other Walgreens. They have a rewards where you gain points for spending and discounts wonderful place to get prescriptions pharmacist is very helpful with knowledge of your medications and is very happy to explain them to you

I'd give them zero stars if possible. Nasty woman at the front counter was just rude when I asked about prep for a medical procedure. She proceeded to argue with me about what the doctor ,and my instructions stated. I had considered switching my prescriptions to this store as it was closer to me than the CVS I've been using. Not now-and I'll never spend another dime with Walgreens.Lady, if you're having a bad day, and you don't like your job,take it out on some one else.

The quality of service from this pharmacy has deteriorated considerably over the past two years. I get that it's becoming more difficult to find good pharmacists. But this Walgreens routinely messes up prescriptions, cancels orders, and makes the same mistakes month after month. Take your business elsewhere.

It is an okay pharmacy. I just barely started going here this year so we will see how long this lasts. I had sort of a disappointing experience today (09/27/2022). I was already not into today for other reasons and this was just icing on the cake. I was told my prescription was not ready even though there was supposed to be a hold on it because more clarification from the prescriber was needed. I guess it actually was put back instead of being held. I waited several minutes and then got back in line to pick my prescription up as soon as I received an email indicating my prescription was ready. I was the only person in line until someone who was previously there came back when they were called to pick their prescription up over the store speaker. This person was waited on me before me even though I had been at the pharmacy prior to them twice (upon my initial arrival and my second time lining up). The individual tried to apologize, but I was just silent because I did not feel I had to reply. Maybe I should have just left and came back another day to be more of a priority.I then did some shopping afterwards, which cheered me up a bit.

Yelp is requiring me choose a star, however I would like to give ZERO stars! I have never writen a Yelp review, but HAD to. We have been going to this Walgreens for 7 years and every time we go, we say its the last time. Each time gets worse and worse. Terrible customer service, unorganized, and extremely long drive thru experience. We just sat behind a car for 45 min while the pharmacist gave a "consultation." In 7 years, this has been our experience of the standard wait time at this Walgreens drive thru location. Perhaps certain things can be directed inside? Just my feedback. When we finally approached the window, the gal at the window was beyond rude. When we asked her to repeat the prescription again, she screamed into the mic, as if to belittle us. The mic has poor quality and we explained it is not the volume, its the quality of the microphone. She proceeded to give attitude and again rudely articulated the prescription into the mic. Every time we go, there is something new. Switching all of our prescriptions to CVS or another Walgreens location.

So, I just changed from CVS to this Walgreens, because it has a drive through pharmacy, bad back, and drove down on Saturday to pick up my prescription. Well guess what? The entire pharmacy is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday! Yup, that’s right! Whats wrong with you Walgreens? And you’re struggling to stay in business? Hmmm. , wonder why!!

Expect long lines for pharmacy drive through and COVID testing. Earlier in the day is usually slightly better. Otherwise I've consistently experienced 5-10 cars lined up, taking 40 or more minutes to get through.
