  I understand needing a lunch break, but LITERALLY at 1:25pm, I was sitting in the pharmacy drive thru waiting to be helped. Someone was at the window,so I was in the lane further out. I did not pull up at 1:25 either, I had been sitting there for a couple minutes! When the people at the window drove off, whoever was at the pharmacy drive thru windown, slammed the shade down and left me sitting there. I don't care what anyone says... They saw me sitting there. Mind you, it still WAS NOT even 1:30 yet! Rudest B.S. ever. I would call and switch the prescriptions to somewhere else, but they're for my children, so I have to go back this time, but definitley will be my last time! We should be able to subtract stars! 🤬

  They are always short staffed and even closing the whole pharmacy down... I am handicapped and have to get out of my car to come in and lines are super long..I don't know how they stay in business. No wonder they shutting stores down.and I have to look for my meds at other locations across town..

  The pharmacist do not know what they’re doing. They didn’t fill the right amount of prescription and kept giving excuses not too, just cause they didn’t wanna do their job. I then spoke to the manager and she said they don’t have set pharmacist, they are all temporary for the day and said it will continue to be a mess until they hire set pharmacist pretty much

  THANK YOU Mathew! I appreciate your hard work and dedication! I called 5 other stores for my medication, which none of them had but they didn’t care to offer to find a location that did have it. Even though Matthew’s location didn’t have my medication, he took time from his day to find a store that did have it. Thank you again Mathew, you’re the best!

  Terribly run Pharmacy. I waited at the counter for 25 minutes while a new employee asked instruction from the manager on how to find me on their computer. I had already previously scheduled the Covid shot. This wasn't my normal pharmacy because this pharmacy had the Moderna vaccine. My normal Walgreens pharmacy is at 2921 N. 83rd St., Phoenix. This pharmacy is 5 stars because it is tightly run, very efficient, friendly and consistent.

  This Walgreens location has the best employees with the best customer service. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location in particular. I will be coming back!!

  I called two previous Walgreen Pharmacy’s before calling this one. Anthony in the Pharmacy went beyond he had too. I know this because the previous two stores I called were not willing to help and Anthony was able to find what I needed and at which store.

  I transferred to another Walgreens in Maricopa city & have no problems.. I went to the ER last night they didn’t update my pharmacy & of course problem after problem!!! A day later and I still have no medication & now the pharmacist is saying they never received prescription. After being on hold for over an hours I had to drive there & I was told my rx were not filled yet & at the time I confirmed all rx with pharmacy. Now my wife is there & was told they had to order the medication so I’ll have it tomorrow & when asked about the other 3 rx they have no knowledge of it!!! Tried to call & complain on hold no one’s picked up only to put me back on hold!!! Please do not ever go here!!!!

  DO NOT get your prescriptions from here. Head pharmacist just withheld my wife's pain medication for two days to "line up all of her medications on the same day"...her refill was supposed to be today. She now has to go two days without pain meds with fibromyalgia, Degenerative disk disease, Degenerative joint disease, chiari I malformation and the list goes on...WHAT THE HELL!? Even the doctor that sent the prescription in did not understand the pharmacists reasoning and argued with him over it. This is ridiculous and blows my mind that this is even legal??

  My husband n I just shopped at this Walgreens. Very pleased with a young man in Pharmacy department. My husband first approached middle aged Hispanic woman n asked for an over the counter inhaler n right away she said "No" we don't have anything like that here. Then comes the young man who then says "yes we have one" n said to my husband, follow me sir, n took me right to what I was looking for. 5 stars to that young man. He was 100 percent great customer service skills. Thank you n Happy Holidays...

  Terrible service, I was just looking for a passport photo and for aesthetic reasons I wanted to look good, I took a photo with my hair covering my ears and I asked him to take the photo again and he did so very reluctantly, I sincerely believe that since it is a photography service they should be more patient and careful with photo requirements

  Reading some of these people really hate their lives and jobs. Destiny gave me such kind responses like “well your doctor isn’t the one that works here, I do” and “it will be ready in 2 hours” so I call back and a gentleman tells me it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. So destiny is the type of creature to lie to sick people and make them take unnecessary trips while sick. She does not belong in healthcare/pharmaceuticals(or probably any kind of actual job with those responses)

  Honestly terrible Walgreens location there is homeless everywhere and the lady in the morning sucks. You can just tell she hates her job her life and everyone around her. So if you want your day ruined please stop by !!
