The worst pharmacy experience EVER! Went in with two abscesses and a LOT of pain. Tried to fill my scripts for pain at 11. Not in yet . Went home & called dentist to get scripts sent in ASAP. Went in at 2 after their long lunch break. Was told script was sent in right at noon B4 their lunch break (not according to dentist) -- and that it would be filled in an hour and a half. I asked if I could get some help because I am in a lot of pain & was very rudely told 11 people B4 me are in pain. Counter person extremely rude and dismissive. When I went to pick up script at drive thru I relayed that this was a horrible experience and again was rudely dismissed. Never again!

Terrible! Terrible! service. No one picks up when you call. They send email notification that your prescription is ready for pick up, once you arrive to pick up it there is no prescription filled. They won't call the doctor to get the prescription.... Do NOT recommend Walgreens pharmacy on Carefree Hyw... we are going back to Walmart, only switch as Walgreens is much closer. The drive to Walmart is worth it.

I placed an uber order with 3 very easy nessecity items and I have been waiting in the “received” for 40
minutes (mind you STILL waiting) they close very shortly.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy. They never have meds ready, unprofessional, takes days or hours to fill or even talk to someone.

Needed a medication urgently to prevent an ER trip. They were closing soon, and I called and spoke with the pharmacist to get a refill, but my prescription on file was expired. I was able to get a last minute video visit, and a new script sent 30 minutes prior to close. The pharmacist called me back and let me know they received the script, and he filled it immediately. Picked it up right away and now I'm good to go. Meant a lot that he went above and beyond!!

Worst pharmacy and staff. I am on an auto refill yet every month they are out of stock. When I have a non normal medicine they never have it and could be days. They clearly do not care about customers

Constantly have staffing issues (no pharmacist on duty) and usually have to wait several days to fill a prescription, including antibiotics... I'm done with Walgreens.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharamacy is completely understaffed and very rude. Everytime it just gets worse. I waited for 50 mins on hold they answered and hung up on me called back waited another 80 mins by this time drove to the store. I am now sitting here waiting for 1 1/2 hours for one simple prescription. 5 cars in line and 5 people inside in line and no one gettjng helped. When will corporate step in and make some changes to the management thag runs this place. Don’t come here!!!

This is the absolutely worst Walgreens you could ever imagine. They never answer their phone, lines are ridiculously long. The employees are very rude and disrespectful.
