Most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Have been here two different times after being told the prescription was ready, only to find out it wasn’t. Now been waiting for an hour to get the medication that was allegedly ready over a week ago. Will be changing pharmacies asap.

i was picking up prescriptions at the Rose Garden, and two young ladies went above and beyond. Their names were Lisette and Diana. I was having multiple issues with my insurance, and they went out of their way to make sure my issues were taken care of. I was beyond pleased.

Clean, quiet, and easy to find what you’re looking for. This location has one of those attached clinics, so that’s an added convenience. They have less selection than other stores I’ve been to, but it’s not terrible. They have a fairly large beauty section in relation to the rest of their stuff. The drink and food section is smaller by comparison. Still great though, I’ve never had to wait for a cashier.

Worse Walgreens ever!! It’s is always closed and can’t ever get my prescriptions or my daughters prescriptions. Do Not Go here or send your prescriptions here!!!!

It's very difficult to understand the total incompetence here. This Walgreens lost several prescriptions multiple times. We have frequently received phone calls from this pharmacy stating that prescriptions are ready and when we arrive the prescriptions have disappeared completely. We've frequently been told that a prescription has been ordered only to find out this pharmacy never ordered it. We've experienced random closings for entire days after waiting days for prescriptions to be ready from OTHER pharmacy mishaps that occurred the same week. This pharmacy has taken WEEKS to order insulin to the point of diabetic emergency multiple times. For any land owners, this could be a great time to open a pharmacy just south of the 101 and Tatum.

Horrible service, DO NOT GO HERE! Long lines, short staffed and what on-site staff there is, all were very rude and uncaring!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have experienced. They are consistently slow, closed last minute ot forgetting and missing orders and prescriptions. They have missed my prescription four times this year and dropped the ball each time it’s time to refill my prescription. Go anywhere else but here.

This store needs to be shut down. Everyone here is so incompetent. How difficult can it be to work at a Walgreens. I’ve never seen anything like this. No wonder the reviews are terrible. Rawda the lady at the front is absolutely terrible, rude, and has no idea what she’s doing. It’s a joke!

This is my home pharmacy. I have always received my medication on time, promptly. The pharmacy staff is always polite and far faster than other locations, no matter the high volume. With any pharamcy I think they catch a bad wrap as some regulars and newbies expect medications outside the prescription window, or immediately as soon as the doctor claims they sent the script. However, I think people forget there is a lot of issues that happen with the provider, health insurance, and others, not the pharmacy. Most delays in fact are not controlled by the pharmacy at all. I would implore others to visit other Walgreens, or other pharmacies and they may realize this place is far above the others, and they actually have it pretty good. I also appreciate that the location is safe, and the parking lot is well-lit and clean. The inside of the store is also clean, and when getting vaccines, the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are always clean, patient, and courteous. Take a chance, this is definitely one of the best Walgreens in the Valley.

Pharmacy has dropped the ball multiple times. They've literally lost my Rx THREE TIMES. A doctor sends approval. I see it in my app. I see the doctor approval exact date and time. I show up and they can't find it. They couldn't fill it until they received approval from my doctor AGAIN. Even after I showed them my message from my doctor with the exact date and time she approved it. So either they actually did lose it, or someone is stealing anxiety medication.
The Walgreens app used to work just fine for refills, but ever since they lost 3 of my prescriptions, I have to go there in person just to submit a refill request. I called and talked to a pharmacist who told me the refill was on file and would be filled the next day. I show up the next day and they said I had no refills. Now I understand why they have so many horrible reviews. I hope they read these and actually try to improve.
This is nothing personal. They seem nice enough. Especially the guy with the long hair who's still wearing a mask.
But the rest of the store is fine.

DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS HERE OR ANY WALGREENS . I’ve had several issues when I gift the card and when used it shows already used or zero balance. Thank God I kept the activation receipts but sadly WALGREENS DOES NOTHING. they tell you to call the issuing card company and have to go through hoops to get your new card. Absolutely RIDICULOUS AND WASTE OF TIME. BASICALLY JUST SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I like this Walgreens, they are usually well stocked. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Always watch for their specials they always almost have buy two get one free offers
