Went to the counter with valentines stuffed animals that were supposed to be 50 percent off and they didn’t honor the signage for a 5.99 toy. Didn’t move the display either. Not sure if I will be coming back except to pharmacy

The pharmacist never answers the phone line. He just keeps placing me on hold. Afte answering and then putting me back through the waiting cycle 3 times, enough is enough! Your job is to tend to the patients!

This pharmacy completely sucks!!! They hardly ever answer their stinking phone and you will be left hanging, wondering if you will ever see your prescription again. In January this past year, I transferred my scripts over to CVS where I get much better service and results. Today I went to Urgent Care and the doctor accidentally sent my meds to Walgreens instead of CVS. I called them and asked them to transfer them back to CVS and they gave me the runaround. They wouldn't help me and wouldn't answer the phone when CVS called and asked for my meds! They are just horrible to deal with. Don't use this pharmacy!!!

I was in this store at the time the customer Diane had her "emotional support animal" with her and it was MUTT/PET, the dog was barking at everyone and the employees followed her to ensure OTHER customers were safe after she put up a huge commotion when they told her it wasn't allowed in the store.Diane should order her items online for delivery if she can't leave her PET at home while she makes her store runs, this is the EXACT reason why ESA aren't taken seriously, if she in fact had a true disability she'd have a SERVICE animal.Sidenote - the pharmacy at this location is horrendous, there's always a huge wait for your script and that's why I left 3 stars.

Had such a great experience at the Walgreens pharmacy with the help of Laura!! She was really accommodating with my client’s needs and provided the medication fast! She deserves a raise!!!!! Thankful for your help Laura!

Don't go to this Walgreens for any prescriptions. They mess up and take forever. The pharmacy techs are very rude.The store itself is great but the pharmacy is seriously horrible.

Pharmacy closes random times during business hours. For entire days sometimes. Pharmacy takes FOREVER to do anything. No sense of urgency even with a long line. They will walk slowly, talk amongst themselves while customers wait. Parking lot always full of trash. Garbage cans often over flowing.

Can’t ever get in touch with anyone and they always mess up my prescription. I went a week without getting my much needed prescription had to call my Dr and move it to CVS just to get it. Highly recommend not using Walgreens. No customer service or support.

HORRRRRIBLE customer service. Every time I come they always take forever !! You will be on the phone for more than an hour trying to get ahold of them. It is literally every time !! You all suck so bad horrible horrible !!!

The store is great, the Pharmacy is a disaster. Not enough staff and the waits are ridiculous. They are always late returning from lunch. If gas wasn’t outrageous I would go elsewhere!

Emotional Support Animal Harassment at Walgreens. The Pharmacy on 83rd and Lower Buckeye closed their drive-thru, forcing customers to go inside to get their medication. As soon as I walked into the store with my ESA, employees swarm Me telling me that I cannot have a dog in the store. I become upset, which upsets the dog. After proving that my dog was indeed an Emotional Support Animal, employee Rosa, says she was told to follow Me around the store because the dog was barking. As seen in the videos, He never barks. He did bark at the beginning due to the commotion and how my energy shifted, due to the employees who continued following and watching us as we stood in the Pharmacy line. They waited and watched, until I got my medication from the pharmacy, I then walked down an aisle to purchase a humidifier. I was told that I could not go down the aisle because it was full of people. That statement was also false. I started recording employees: Rosa, Claudia and the manager after they kept lying and harassing Me and my daughter about a barking dog. Excuse the language. We are still in a pandemic and this could’ve went completely differently. This was uncomfortable and could have been avoided.

By far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my life! They are always low in stock on items! The staff is not friendly. And the pharmacy, what a disgrace! Talk about a way to make the company look bad. They are the worst of the employees. They have messed up my medication dosages so many times that now, I go home to check if I have the exact amount! They never order my medication on time. When I call and they can't pick up they let the line ring or they answer and say hold and don't even say please or wait for your response and put you on hold for 10-20 minutes. I once tested this to see how long I would be put on hold by the time I make it to their pharmacy... when I got there, they had one car ahead of me and no one in the store. Once I got to the drive through window, I saw there were several employees talking and the only person working was the pharmacist. AND they still didn't answer the phone. Total of 25 minutes. There's a Hispanic male pharmacist who has no social skills and I swear is the one who messes up my prescriptions every time! I am at the point where now, I'm taking my business to CVS! The corporate offices need to look into this location and getting them some serious help on length of service and customer service skills!

Didn't see the bad reviews before going, so was PLEASANTLY surprised when the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me! (I forgot to write his name down, but if I see him, I will get his name and leave a shout out!) The store is clean and my experience with employees has been great. Keep up the good work!
