The Asian lady who I got referred to talk to was very rude. I went there to ask if she could recommend anything for a bad back either supplement wise or other and she told me there’s nothing I could do. The only thing I could do is deal with it until I could afford surgery. She didn’t even recommend using a heating pad. Then she was rude enough to walk away in the middle of our conversation to use the restroom. If I could give a 0 I would have.

Does not follow Walgreens, contracts with good RX and other discount cards medications some they do some they don't it's a joke, very disrespectful staff

Be ware of online purchases. They will claim items are in stock and then ship orders without items they do not have and not give you a choice to cancel the order. Ended up getting items we didnt need and had to pay online fees we wereonly willing to spend on items not in the store. Stick with walmart or amazon since they give you the choice to replace or cancel an order if items are not available.

Most disrespectful pharm techs I've ever dealt with. They try and gas light me with prescriptions that should be filled. Play games when they're supposed to be picked up. This whole crew needs to be gutted and replaced with some people who actually care about their job.
Back to Albertsons I go.

Let me start by saying if I could select 0 stars I would. I ordered Enfamil gentlease infant formula online from Walgreens delivery. This Walgreens is quite a few miles away from where I live. Only reason I ordered here is due to the fact every single Walgreens near me was out of order. When I received my order I received NeuroPro Gentlease. I returned order back as soon as I could due to the fact this location wasn’t near me the soonest I could return was 8 days later. My order receipt stated I could return before 30 days. I spoke to manger since the lady at the at register could not help me. Manger was very unprofessional. My son went in for me first and came out and said they do not return formula. I went in after the manger said “like I told the man that came in less than a minute ago I’m not returning anything I will not repeat my self again!” Since I was the original purchaser I need her to explain to me why I could switch this formula out or get some kind of exchange. She fought with me about how she packed this order and it’s the same thing and she’s refusing to give any reasonable solution. After going back and forth with a long line forming she snatched the bag out of my hand and gave me the correct formula but not before throwing the bag at me. Never have I been treated like this by a “manager”. I will never return to this location and if I were you I wouldn’t either!

Yes, I love walgreens as a pharmacy! But what I'm disappointed about is... When you're waiting for a refill for hyper tension, they will give you enough pills to last until your Dr. refills your script! But being a type 1 diabetic... they won't give you insulin to last until your Dr. Refills your prescription! You can survive for weeks not saving your high blood pressure meds. But not having your insulin... you can die the first day! Something needs to change!

How is it possible jumior tells 1 mexican customer they can use the bathroom. But me being white I'm told that there is no restroom. When I questioned the giy before me he laughs and thinks it's funny and says don't worry about it I know him he's my friend. Oh ok. So walgreens only allows friends to use the bathroom but yet my money is OK for them to take. So terrible store. Won't support walgreens any longer.

This walgreens has become a mess. Late prescriptions, lost prescriptions, rude staff. The pharmacy staff likes to make your health decisions for you and tell you what medicines you can and can't take. I heard pharmacy staff threaten to assault a customer because he did not speak English. After 10 years, its time to find a new pharmacy.

This has probably one of the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever come across. The lady with the badly colored blue hair was so disrespectful through the drive through.. I’m not sure what mighty horse she thinks she’s riding but she needs to come down. She has a SERVICE job, if she doesn’t want to deal with people she needs a desk job. Maybe she should pack the pills rather than be at the drive thru window. No manners or respect.

This pharmacy/pharmacist has recently changed suppliers for my medicine. It is like taking a placebo pill, upon my refill and my first dose I was in such pain I can't hardly walk again, this after my doctor worked extremely hard to help me get to a pain level where I was walking short distances 2 times a day. From sleeping through the night to waking every half hour in dead pain, to hives, sick stomach and hives.
When I spoke to the pharmacist about this issue I was informed that it was the ONLY supplier that he had, this supplier has been written up twice by the FDA for this very reason. This pharmacist made it sound like it was just me that had an issue, when clearly it is not. Not only did he put me in the all pain management patients are drug seekers, but tried to belittle me by saying " would YOU rather me not fill any of these " I replied what difference does it make they don't work! The company that he is now using is is KVK, their rating will upset your stomach! Not only are they poorly made Scripts for my meds but even meds for children and babies, from ADAH meds to anxiety meds. And this pharmacist thinks that is good for his customers, no only good for their wallets, as this is the cheapest place to get supplies.
Now I have to go through the FDA sending them the pills and my dear doctor has to work to get me back to physical therapy again.
I wish people like this pharmacist knew what his decision has done. And not in a million years do I believe that it's just me received these pills that don't work. And to treat an 65 year old crippled woman like a drug seeking monster, blows my mind! Shame on you!
