This walgreens shut their doors at 9:50 all of the sciences are open till ten.There was a few of us that were at the door amazed that they i had already locked their doors.

Almost always respectful, curteous, & efficient pharmacists and staff. There have been some issues over the years mostly with courteousness/courtesy. Just yesterday someone there looked at me like she hated me and hated being there. And didn’t say any of the basic pleasantries one would expect as part of customer service and dealing with the public. She seemed annoyed with me from the very beginning. I think they can be more friendly and kind upon reception and while working with customers even if they’re faking it. There used to be a bilingual pharmacist who could communicate en espanol with Spanish-speaking customers, which was fantastic. One time, they couldn’t find one of my medications that later ended up being found a few days later. I had to go without it for days and ended up in the ER. Sometimes drive-thru and in-store wait times are very long. I’m only leaving this review to be constructive and helpful, not to “ding” anyone. Hopefully it will help bring about change. All working there should be courteous, pleasant, & professional. Meds should never “go missing.” Keep up all the great work and improve where you can.

This Walgreens gave me the wrong medication now I’ve been on hold 30 minutes they keep sending me back to the ringing phone instead of having the common courtesy to answer. Nd ask you to hold they SUCK

Worst customer service. Was on hold for over an hour and even after they returned from lunch I was switched from the standard call in line, heard the phone being picked up and placed back on hold. Only to be talked down to by the pharm tech. No offer of help or empathy in any way, just attitude and essentially being called a liar. I know the neighborhood around there is falling apart, but didn't realize they were too by them giving up on being decent human beings.

Will always choose this pharmacy over all others. I always enjoy the friendly staff and the prices are such s relief after walking through a CVS pharmacy! I'm grateful that this Walgreens has remained open through all of the economic stress in the area.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEDICATION WE WERE DISPENSED 100 mg HIGHER OF A DOSE FOR A SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUE.. HAD WE NOT CHECKED AND RESEARCHED THE MARKINGS ON THE PILL IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FATAL..

Don’t bother calling, you’ll be on hold for a while and then you’ll get disconnected.
Edit: I called back and talked to someone else and they were helpful. It’s a hit or miss trying to call them.

This location is not very close to me, so I was picking one pharmacy at Walmart ! But my medicine (just eye drop ) Walmart pharmacy said insurance no cover they wanted me call doctor for pp, but doctor said the pharmacy should to give you medicine, so that’s back forward they cost me one week I still couldn’t get medicine! So I have to transfer to this place , the pharmacy employee ( named Ammia) she’s very nice to help me , she helped me transferred my prescription from Walmart and called my medical insurance and tell me all about my medicine information, she only cost me 35 mins, fixed all that issues! I m grateful for her helps! I wanted thank her but second I couldn’t find her ! I got medicine here so quickly and no co pay ! So I m here strongly recommend this pharmacy has Ammia style employee!

I called regarding the pharmacy and my copay and I spoke to one women and she was extremely rude and didn't even tell me what I needed to provide before having a complete attitude I also asked to speak to someone else and he was even more rude and I will be switching my pharmacy because being disrespected when I called to get questions is unacceptable I hope they get more kind people especially dealing with sick people. I work for patients and I would never treat them this way

The absolute worst pharmacy. They are almost always rude, condescending, unprofessional and the actual female pharmacist is probably the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. They almost never answer the phone and a lot of the times they pick up the phone and hang up on you. This store on 19th Ave and northern is why I transferred to cvs. Seriously the worst.

Emma at the Pharmacy was an angel. She helped me out with my dad's prescription as he was chillin at John C. Lincoln hospital. Filled the antibiotics within 5 minutes. I really appreciate your help Emma. Bless your heart. Go TEAM!
