Adriana was extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I recommend this Walgreens, especially when you have employees like her that go the extra mile.

Pharmacy close before 8pm when it is supposed to close. Few minutes early but still count on every minute I can, leaving work and getting to the pharmacy before they close. Pharmacy told me prescriptions will be ready in 30 minutes, I came an hour and a half later and only one was ready. I know you're closing in 2 hours but why would you tell me it'll be ready in 30 minutes, if you can only get 1 of 3 completed in that time.

Shopping carts are now restricted to indoor use due to an added pole on each cart that prevents movement through the doorway.
Now you must empty your purchased cartload on the sidewalk outside the entry door and carry them, one at a time, to your car. Very stupid and lazy move.
So long Walgreens. Good luck. Hello CVS.

Katrina has got to be the worst one in the pharmacy! Such a rude little attitude. My stomach turns every time I have to see her. Please give her customer service training. She needs to not have the huge chip on her shoulder every day at that register. She hates being there! She is rude to everyone! This is the 3rd complaint I've made on her. I have one customer I get medications there that won't change pharmacies. Go someplace else!

The little guy manager that works in the mornings is such a loser it’s weird. I don’t know his name & can’t tell you his ethnicity but he could be mid eastern or some type of latin-ish idk. But the dude has some extreme insecurities & I’ve never even spoke to the dude, yet he always accuses me of “stealing” which is weird because he only accuses me when I’m literally at the register? Literally at the register, trying to purchase items…and I go to that drug store almost every single day & literally spend hundreds of dollars there regularly. I’m guessing he may be just judging me by the way I look? Or there is something about me that makes him uncomfortable or insecure or something. I know pretty much all of the employees there & i was a regular customer. I just personally don’t like the guy, even before he accused me of stealing, I just got a really slimy vibe from him..just from over hearing him crack corny jokes with the employees & just his disposition in general I can just tell he is insecure about something, but I’ve never disrespected him. His voice is very high pitched & it sounds like he may be impotent & small-balled. Because he only has the balls to accuse me of stealing when I’m literally purchasing items at the register, when there is an audience. I think that may just be his little moment of glory so he can feel like a hero in front of the lil dum dum cashier girl, nothing against her, she’s just a little slow. But not as slow as harassing & accusing a regular customer who spends hundreds at your store. Literally no proof, I’m literally spending money at the register, but that’s his big opportunity to show the little girls he’s a hero despite the size of his….manhood. Not a bright guy. If I were “stealing” anything, why the heck would I go to the register & literally purchase things? Sometimes HUNDREDS of dollars!! I just can’t handle little dudes like him. He didn’t like the way I look or something & used me as an opportunity to show off for the dum dum girl. Like come on guy..you’re a manager at WALGREENS ? do you get paid extra to accuse regulars of stealing? What did you gain? Im pretty sure the dum dum girl still isn’t attracted to you. I get that your job is bleak & that’s the most excitement you get on your little shift, but dude, your voice still sounds like a woman & you still spend your life working in a drug store. Bothering regular customers who spend money at your store isn’t impressive & will never change the fact that your job is bleak & you’re insecure. Did you get a raise? Did the dumdum girl seem impressed? Doubt it. You’re still bleak little man spending your days in a bleak little store. Good job though, you lost a customer just for your cute little moment of glory so you could feel like one of the big boys with testosterone. Put some bass in your damn voice next time you try to pretend you’re Superman. I literally thought you were a woman when I heard you. Congrats. Try to stretch that little moment of glory as long as you can..it’s basically the biggest hallmark of your life.

1/5 stars specifically for the Pharmacy. I’ve been going to this Walgreens to pickup my prescriptions for over 2 years and never had a bad experience until about 5 months ago. Now every time I call I’m getting BAD ATTITUDE & SASS, and complete lies about there being issues with my prescriptions. If you don’t like your job then quit, don’t get every single person a HEADACHE when we are trying to fill our prescriptions at a PHARMACY! I’ve heard “insurance issue, didn’t receive your refill from doctor, no pre-authorization” and XYZ - then I ask HER again and she’s like ok it will be ready this afternoon with SUCH SASS & ATTITUDE - like are you MAD that I’m prescribed drugs lady????!!! Do you NOT want me to refill my prescriptions???? IM CONFUSED!??!?!? From now on I’m avoiding this pharmacy at all cost & the last straw for me was when I just called she said I needed a refill from my doctor I asked her to look again because that didn’t make sense I get hung up, I call back and a guy answers and RIGHT AWAY finds my prescription says there is no problem and come pick it up. WHAT THE HECK!??!? She needs to be fired because she clearly is finding joy in making paying customers practically beg her to refill there subscribed prescriptions!?!??

me and my friend came to this Walgreens on Jan 14 of 2024 and the line was by far so long. I was in a hurry and jose came and saved the day by checking us out knowing we urgently had to get somewhere. He's definitely a good example of what a good and caring employee is!
