me and my friend came to this Walgreens on Jan 14 of 2024 and the line was by far so long. I was in a hurry and jose came and saved the day by checking us out knowing we urgently had to get somewhere. He's definitely a good example of what a good and caring employee is!

I was admonished once again by an employee while picking up my prescriptions today on my electric bike while in the empty drive through lane. I asked the lady where are the signs saying that bikes, electric or otherwise (I assume they let motorcyclists through) are not allowed in the drive through? She had no answer, nor did she have an answer for all of the times I have picked up my meds on my bike before and was told that there was no policy against picking up at the drive through on my electric bike. Come on Wallgreens, its time to put up or shut up on this.

Walk into this location many time and not once felt as though I was a stranger but this morning Sunday 10/22/23 I was mocked for whatever these two employees thought was funny at my expense. I looked over twice and both employees looked at me and continued as if I wasn't there. Really Walgreens, you can't find more mature individuals to work in your stores? One was a short blonde haired girl, a new employee cause like I said I'd been in there at all hours and had never seen her before. The other person seemed to be a manager in charge, when Ist got to this location, he was outside smoking, when I got inside he went directly to the blonde and that's when the mocking began and never let up even as I looked at them. He's a Hispanic male that could use a reality check, come on Walgreens, try to be better than this.

This is to my fellow folks working at this Walgreens pharmacy. You guys are what every pharmacy department should follow. From being so professional to getting things done efficiently for us. If you guys reading this, thank you for all you do for me and my mother. You don’t know how much this means to us. Best pharmacy experiences ever to put on.

The pharmacy here is so unbelievably rude! They hang up on you while you're waiting on hold, and when you finally do get someone, they're so short they hang up on you before you can even finish asking a question! Go anywhere, but here this is the worst customer service. The pharmacy is just a bunch of jerks!!! The men that are working there are super rude. The women in the pharmacy seem to be much more polite. I'm disgusted with the service here!

The team at 56th st and Thomas in Phoenix is phenomenal. Aileen was amazing rin transferring a prescription from a Safeway . I could not find the drug I needed and once I called Walgreens they managed everything for me . I’m so grateful!!

Best cheapest overall bottled alcohol for a 10 mile radius! (except for Costco over on 44th)(but even then this Walgreens gets seasonal breaks Costco doesn't ?)

Most of their pharmacists have a terrible attitude, leave you waiting, and will talk about you and your prescriptions within earshot before you walk away. I'm sure their pharmacy staff are trying their hardest, however.

JOSIAH THE PHARMACIST DOES NOT "KNOW WHAT TO DO" when I am having an allergic reaction to a drug. Sitting in hives writing this review. And to top off the pharmacy care, Elena will break HIPAA (or better known as THE LAW) and YELL what drugs she has for you so EVERY patient in the store knows exactly the medication you are prescribed. AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COSTS!!!!'

So far no complaints-the store is always clean, and pharmacy is more polite and faster than other Walgreens in this area

WARNING!! Do NOT order photos from this location!!! I ordered Christmas cards from here, and the employee did not include the envelopes that I purchased in the folder that she gave me. I wish that was the end of the story, but when I went back up there to get the envelopes, the employee only gave me half of the envelopes that I bought after I showed her the receipt. I went up there for a 3rd and final time and asked to speak with a manager (Dee). Her name might as well have been Karen, because she was a nasty lady who has no place in the customer service industry. She offered me nothing in return and acted like it was a hassle to give me the envelopes that I bought. I will NEVER go back here again….

This place has great service! Every employee was great when i needed assistance. It’s a very clean store, never a wait/line because they’re on point. Definitely a place some other Walgreens locations should use as a baseline to improve their own stores. This is how a Walgreens should be available to consumers.

We had an encounter at this Walgreens that was more than human kindness! Customer service 100% by this employee name Sabrina! Sabrina, thanks for being one of the few humans left! We feel that you should be recognized if you aren't already. Thank you again! Pharmacy (Found our new Walgreens)

Glad to have a Walgreens nearby but the last time I picked up a prescription at the drive through, a young woman working in the pharmacy handed me a faded-looking, single sheet printout of an unlabeled spreadsheet that she said had information about an annual subscription plan I could buy from Walgreens to receive a discount on prescriptions. I have never in my life seen anything that suspicious or unprofessional offered at a Walgreens. There wasn’t even any Walgreens branding on it, I had no clue if it was legit. I asked if my current GoodRx discount would cost more or less than whatever that plan was, and she, as if not hearing me, said this discount was better. I told her no thank you and she sighed and said, “But it will save you money.” I said no thank you, but I’d like to use my GoodRx discount. She confirmed my GoodRx discount was applied. Then she rang up my scrips and I drove through. The whole situation was rushed and suspect, so I checked my GoodRx after paying and found that I could have saved $25 more than I just paid. I drove back through and pointed this out to her. When I asked her to please redo the sale so I could use my GoodRx discount she said, “But then I’ll have to ring it all up again.” I said, “Okay.” Can I just tell you the eye roll I got. To the moon. While checking my GoodRx discount she used my phone and when she was done looking at it *literally* threw my phone down into the drive through box.Do NOT recommend current staffing at this pharmacy, but it’s too bad bc many other pharmacy staff have been AMAZING throughout the pandemic. Other Walgreens staff is fantastic, too. Please help this young person do better, though.
