Absolutely incompetent, lazy, and clueless staff here! Been going here 6 years because there's not a lot of options. A lot of publicity around how "hard" WG pharmacy employees have it lately... I can't imagine why? Could it be the scripts they delete because they're too stupid to use a computer? Or maybe the scripts they say they'll fill "today", then 4 days later they claim you never asked for them? Or could it be the 5 times they fill a script with the name brand KNOWING your insurance won't cover it, then make you sit and spin for over an hour while they refill it in the generic? No, I got it! It's because they have no effing clue how to do their jobs, assume EVERYONE that walks through the door is wrong before they even get to the counter, and they couldn't be bothered to fill a script if their effing lives depended on it! You don't like "rude" customers? STOP BENDING THEM OVER EVERY TIME THEY COME IN AND MAYBE THEY'D BE NICER!

I have never waited less than 20 mins to pick up a prescription. The drive through is a joke and they never apologize for the wait. Currently been in a line of 3 cars for 25 mins and still not to the window Figure it out

I truly can't believe how slow this pharmacy always is. Every. Single. Time.Even with only 1 or 2 customers in front you. They barely acknowledge you at the drive through and always move at snail pace.

Every month this year, with one exception I go through either waiting in line more than once or making multiple phone calls just to have them re-run certain prescriptions because they do not apply co-pay coupon cards from drug manufacturers. It isn't until I keep insisting to run it again, and the correct amount to be charged is applied. When asked, they say they don't know why this happens.

This pharmacy literally couldn’t be worse. The level of incompetence is off the charts. Specifically “Charm” who works the drive thru. No matter what you’re dropping off, picking up, inquiring about, etc. I GUARANTEE you will have a problem, and leave furious, without your medication.

Needed to pick up my medicine before my flight 2 days away. Told me to come back in 25mins and they would fill my prescriptions.I come back 30 mins later and they said they only had 2 of the 5 scripts. I'm like why didn't you tell me that before I came back.They assured me they would have the other 3 medications by 2pm next day.Came back 2 more times for them to say everything would have to be special ordered. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT 3 TRIPS AGO. WASTED MY GAS, HOURS OF TIME, & then they act like its no big deal. You have to request that they try to find the meds somewhere else.One person said "oh we for sure will have it tommorow. " Another person says "no way we will have it, you always have to special order it," when you come back.Then they try to get you to leave by saying "oh we will call you & let you know." Which never happens.This caused me not to have my important medication before a long flight.

I'm absolutely finished with the pharmacy here. No communication and has left me without crucial meds more than once. I've come to the conclusion that it's this location in particular because when I have been left without meds I called the 24 hr Walgreens farther away and they've filled it for me with no issues and immediately. I'm switching to a mail service after years of using this Walgreens. My health is not worth the risk of working with the Chandler & 40th St location anymore.

God awful. Put me on hold 7 times while I call to ask about my medication which has been submitted and in process for 3 days. I ask if they can fill it for me within the next hour as I am leaving town and tomorrow is a holiday. The lady who answered the phone (finally) was short with me and said "no, we are understaffed and we'll have it for you later today".It looks like I'll be waiting several days to get my medication due to being out of town which will once again impact my treatment plan due to this pharmacy's staffing and logistical issues. I recommend avoiding walgreens (or at the very least this location) at all costs.
