This is the best Walgreens location in the valley. The pharmacists are kind, patient and friendly. I have never had a single issue with any of my medications and they always get my prescriptions filled quickly. I recently started a new high blood pressure medication and they called me to follow up with me to make sure I was completely aware of any side effects and answer a couple of questions I had that popped up as a result of the call. I feel like everyone in the pharmacy really understands the assignment. Everyone should get a pay raise!

The Walgreens at Tatum and Shea location is the worse pharmacy I have ever set foot on. They don’t listen. They are incompetent. They never have even the basic medication in stock. My insurance is making me to use them otherwise I will Never go to Walgreens. There is this one girl there that is so annoying she talks, talks, talks and talks and refuses to listen. Everybody who goes there has to endure hearing about her mother problems!!!
I have been trying to get my BP medication for a month. They have made confusion for my doctors and after a month and 3 times my doctor send them the prescription I still do not have the medication.
They have everything needed and yet still can’t get it together. I have been personally there 4 times.

Empty shelves, a mess, no products, the store hours have changed not open past six on the weekdays and they’re not even open on weekends. Seems like they’re getting ready to close.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but came here to say that the pharmacy at this location is really bad. The pharmacy is only open from 10am to 6pm on the weekdays and CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday. Seriously closed on weekends? There is only one lane so it always takes forever. The speaker is always broken so you have to shout through the opening. The staff is ok but not super friendly. Seems like there is a lot of turnover.
This pharmacy is honestly terrible. The one on 32nd and Shea is open from 7am to 9pm and you'll overall have a much better experience.

Something is wrong with management. Long waits - in person and phone (on hold x 15 min). The staff are very professional but can only do so much. How discouraging.

The Walgreens pharmacy at Tatum and Shea used to be terrific. Efficient, competent and friendly. It has done a 180 degree turn this past year. In EVERY way ! Very disappointing. I’ve been trying for a month to get a needed medication sorted out and they still can’t get it together. My physician even called and personally talked with them. They have everything needed and yet still can’t get it together. Trying to contact them by phone has become next to impossible. Disappointing for sure. Will take my business elsewhere now.

Just came from this store about a hour ago. Pharmacy awesome. But when I was walking pass the check out some little person (boy) from the camera department with a bad haircut cut me off. And turned around and gave me a go f your self look. I am a senior citizen, I had to stop walking abruptly because he had no manners whats so ever. I've been going to this Walgreens since 1995. Maybe I will take my business elsewhere.

Had costco get my prescription transferred from here since my dexcom sensors were out of stock. Wrong prescription was sent so I called to ask walgreens if they could send over my sensors since at this point I haven’t been able to monitor my blood glucose for a day. The Pharmacist was more worried about explaining to me how he was right and costco was wrong, and how busy he is. I’m sure costco did ask for the incorrect prescription, and I’m sure he is busy, but I couldn’t care less who was right or wrong. All I need is my sensors and it seems that after I lost my cool on the phone he is delaying my prescription longer just out of spite. I will be following up with corporate and transferring all of my scripts out of walgreens for now on. Side note is this walgreens is closed on random days with no warning and often is out of stock on many prescriptions.

Hands down the best Walgreen's Ive ever been to. I used to live in Milwaukee and now live in Scottsdale. The staff here is friendly and the pharmacist and staff are excellent. They are courteous on the phone when you call and I just can't say enough. Thank you for treating us like human beings instead of an annoyance. Can't say enough. Excellent place. Highly recommend and I've been in sales and marketing my whole life.

Bad experience! Will never go to Walgreens again! I needed a 9 Volt battery for a garage clicker. Walgreens had one (their own brand with 2 9-Volt batteries) that clearly stated $5.09 / Save $11. It was a close-out - last chance sale and the actual price was ~$16. I waited 5 minutes on line before a young man came and opened up another register. He scans it and it comes up as $11 and change. I told him what the sticker said and his co-worker working the next register suggested it may need a phone number. The sticker did not say anything about being a member to get the discount. The clerk at the register had no customer service skills whatsoever. He did not go to check the tag which was only a few steps from the register. I politely told him I was not paying that much. He insisted it probably needed a phone number and did very little investigating before moving on to the next customer. Afterwards, I went to look at the tag to make sure I was correct in what I saw and told the clerk and I was. I then told the clerk at the register while he was with another customer that I felt there may be an error somewhere. He could care less. His eyes were empty. There was nothing there. He did not offer to correct or investigate the matter. I went to Fry's down the road and was able to get an Energizer battery way cheaper! Walgreens is way overpriced. I will never understand people that fill up shopping carts of items and go to the check out. They can get all that same merchadise at half the price. A 9-Volt Energizer battery sells on Amazon for $4.30 with free prime shipping.

The most inept people!! I tried to biy an item with clipped coupon. First I have to wait until somebody showed up at the cashier. Then it didn't take the coupon. Then called the manager. He didn't know what the coupon was for even though it said directly on the sign under the product. I showed my app with the clipped coupon and he started to tell me first it was not for that store, then is not for in store purchase , only on line which is not correctAWEFUL!! INCOMPETENT!!!
