Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were explicitly told by the Walgreens pharmacy staff to return Saturday at 11am to pick up a prescription. We rearranged our schedule to make it there on time — only to find the pharmacy was closed all weekend. No signage, no courtesy call, no update online. Just a locked door and zero accountability.
This isn't just inconvenient — it's irresponsible. People rely on pharmacies for their health and well-being, and giving out incorrect information like this can have serious consequences. If your hours change, communicate clearly and accurately. Don't waste people’s time and put their health at risk with careless misinformation.
Walgreens needs to drastically improve its internal communication and customer service. Based on this experience, I’ll be moving all prescriptions elsewhere — and I strongly recommend others do the same until this location gets its act together.

Never answer the phone and do not communicate. Unless you go in person they ignore you

Me and my family went there a few days ago. There's this employee named Kyle who was so rude. He's loud and he talks too much. As we walk around searching for things to buy, my 9 year old daughter saw him mimic the walk of a disabled customer. It's sad and disgusting to see one of your employees make fun of people with disabilities. We also heard him say a homophobic slur to one of his coworkers. This walgreens used to have nice people. Stop hiring insensitive, ignorant people.

Terrible service here! Never had an RX that didn't get messed up by one of these pharmacy techs. Takes up to 30 minutes to get through to actual person by phone. They are understaffed and inefficient..

Just dealt with the long-haired kid with the glasses who seemed like he was stoned the whole time I asked him for help with two different items he said it might be in that aisle if not I don't even know I asked if he could check four or five times and didn't as I'm about to walk out the store I guess I could check his handheld device that tells him where everything is. But again for all the items I don't know I don't know where they are if they're not there I don't know That's it. Thanks for the great service on Christmas Eve. I've never seen someone not care more about their job than this guy.

I just got off the phone within the last 30 mins with a very nice young lady. I explained the problem and she was extremely helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who uses Walgreens!

Don’t trust if they tell you your meds will be ready. 90 min drive , after 30min the pharmacist says that he can’t fill till tomorrow. His own staff said it could be picked up. They don’t care. I will file a complaint with board of pharmacists. He could have given me the meds but since he knew I wasn’t happy about his 30min delay after driving for 45min having been told that I could pick it up.this is very sick.

Seriously understaffed. Receive messages prescription is ready only to arrive and be told "they're still working on it", or that it will be ready in 20-30 minutes and 3 hours later, still "working on it".

I guess I picked a good day to come here. After not being able to get my script filled at another location and no one answering calls at another , I got through on phone and was able to pick up my med within an hour

What is wrong with this company - they cannot seem to staff their pharmacy properly… drive through prescription pick-up takes 30-45 minutes sometimes with prescription available for pick-up and no issues.
I am going to have change my primary pharmacy because this is a JOKE.

Found everything I needed. Staff was great.Needed to pick up some photos, and a new employee helped me. She was wonderful!!!My favorite employee was there again! She is sooooo amazing!!
