The people in this Walgreens is always very kind. They'll stop what their doing to see if you need anykind of help. You just don't find people like this any more. I'm 72 yrs. young this is my go to place for almost everything.

I went in for a pickup order of photos. when i got there, another customer that was not a person of color was being helped by an employee named Terry. terry seemed happy to help to her and was smiling. It was my turn after and as soon as i started going up to the counter, terry’s face went from happy to irritated. she helped me in the most unpleasant way i’ve ever experienced. she rudely asked me and with a bad tone about my order details. i got ignored by her when i still told her to have a nice day. I got my order but wish i was helped by someone else. It felt discriminating being helped by her as i am a POC.

Staff is friendly and it is very convenient to pop in for pharmacy, skin care, vitamins, and other such items. It is also easy to schedule vaccines which only take a few minutes with an appointment.

Pharmacy is constantly out of stock of common medications. It takes them forever to get medications in stock. Their supply chain is clearly flawed. Oddly enough they always have plenty of beer and cigarettes in stock.
They also shorted me on one refill, was supposed to be a 90 day supply but they gave me slightly over a week's worth. Had to go back to get it rectified. Turns out that refill was done at their downtown store. Lousy QA/QC by their techs.

They are fantastic. Once in a while, there are issues filling my prescriptions accurately. The other issue is that the pharmacy could be more attentive to their inventory. There have been several occasions when they've been out of my medication. My expectations are that they should never run out of any medication.

There is a woman in the pharmacy with long dark hair that should not be allowed to work with customers. She’s got the worst manners and she is openly rude to customers. Even the other employees looked at the customers with apologetic eyes because she was being so unprofessional. Not helpful. Defensive and rude to people.

Made me pull out my ID from it's plastic protector by cashier that was sniffling and sneezing all over the place. She clearly was sick and then touching all over my ID. You can verify my age without touching my ID.

I have been printing my wedding photos at this Walgreens location for years. Today, I tried to print a canvas photo, and was told by the shift lead, Kayla, that I need a signed copyright release form from my wedding photographer giving me permission to print these photos. Apparently, this is because the photo "looks like a professional photo." This is apparently not a new policy, but Kayla is just deciding to implement it herself. According to Kayla, "just because other people don't do their jobs, doesn't mean she isn't going to." About an hour later, I sent the order to a different Walgreens and it was printed with no issues. In fact, the manager of the other Walgreens rang up my order. Interesting that Kayla seems to be the only one who has this policy. I won't be returning to this Walgreens location.

Went to the pharmacy for a quick question about free prenatals because a clinic I went to told me they’d provide a free bottle. the lady with the blonde hair gave attitude and said we don’t do that here idk why they’d tell you that. I showed her the list of the Walgreens we could go to and we were at the wrong location which was our fault. She said yea you’re at the wrong location rudely and I said ohh okay we typed it in wrong thank you. I didn’t like her attitude though.

Register lady was rude as hell and completely checked out, there's no reason you should have a annoying & dragged out interaction at any cash register but stop in here and it comes free with your next purchase.

I try to always be as thoughtful and kind when I post reviews. However, there is only ONE employee in this building that actually cares that you’re there and actually knows how to sell/work the register. I went there on my lunch break one day and purchased a water. It didn’t ring up properly, and instead of explaining what was happening, the cashier just walked away and left me wondering what happened…. While I patiently waited looking around precariously, she finally came back and finished the transaction as though nothing happened. Very strange and weird. Or you have someone who is as old as the Statue of Liberty trying to check you out. Unless you’re trying to be there for an extra 10 minutes, it’s not worth it. Just go to CVS at that point.
