Lady at the photo counter would not let me print a painting from the 1500's due to copyright infringement. She was very angry. I had to reassure her that I was not trying to fight her, I was just trying to understand why they couldn't print them. She informed me that I needed copyright release forms. Congrats to Walgreens though this lady did not want the corporation to be sued. Was willing to fight me through the phone over it. Someone send her to boxing lessons Update: got my prints at another Walgreens

I tried to stop in on my way to work. I was walking towards the door at the same time as what turned out to be an employee. She rushed ahead of me, squeezed through the door, locked it behind her and awkwardly stared at me. Turns out the store didn't open for another 15 minutes. Instead of treating me like a dangerous psychopath, she could have just told me while we were in the parking lot the store wasn't open yet. Very rude!

I always have picked up my medication here because I just have to run into the store and pick it up and takes me all but 10 minutes at the most don't ever have to wait unless I am dropping of a new prescription

Great pharmacy staff, very busy, but they're on the ball! Just switched to this one, and it's a night and day difference.

The people in the pharmacy, especially Dorothy, really help me out the other day went out of her way. Really appreciate that.

This Walgreens appears to be trying really hard to go out of business. Today I walked in, expecting to pick up around 10 small things, only to find out that they no longer have the little shopping baskets. They only have the big shopping carts. How stupid is that? Not wanting to push a giant cart down the aisle, just to buy what would fit in my purse, I only bought about 1/2 of what I came in for because I kept dropping things.Plenty of other things went sideways, too, like having to leave the checkout stand to go back and rip the shelf tag off an item I bought and bring it to the cashier, because the she didn't believe it was on sale. Not only did she mistrust and inconvenience me, but two other people behind me had to wait while I proved it to her. Her response, "Oh, yes, I'LL honor that!" instead of, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I was wrong."Additionally, the out-of-stocks are rampant --- shelf after shelf after shelf empty. I am now wondering if this store is targeted to close. I know both Walgreens and CVS are planning to close hundreds of stores. This place gets one star for BARBARA. She is amazing and can wipe the floor with all the other rude and incompetent dolts who work there.

purchased pictures and wanted them printed here. They printed them out and the lady said that they look professional and won’t be able to give them to me without a release. is this a joke?

I am writing this to both Walgreens and CVS the two stores I use the most. I have always thought that the FTC needs to regulate drugstore hours. I am frustrated with the stores, whether their own branded stores or contract locations like Target stores, that have different hours then the store. I'd love to see the FTC regulate the industry that the stores cannot be open at all without the inhouse pharmacy being open. And who had the bright idea of closing from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch? I can't tell you how many times I've been out running errands and want to swing by to pick up prescriptions and it's closed for lunch. Corporate should be smart enough to know it's a hardship especially on us seniors on fixed income on Medicare often in bad health to make a special trip to pick up our prescriptions. If it's such a great idea then the entire store needs to close for a half hour. Imagine how long CVS will be in a Target if the store needed to kick out everyone at 1:30 and lock the door. People won't come back. And that would be the end of that relationship of customers and companies. Come on folks. Put yourself in the customers position. It's a hardship and confusing. Get you act together. Other industries and employers can figure out how to stagger shifts for coverage. Plus the signs at Walgreens are misleading, they say we are closed for "the pharmacists" lunch, not everyone in the pharmacy.

Barbara in the Cosmetic department was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping find the right color foundation. Great employees should always be acknowledged.

We brought our 6 year old twins in for their COVID and flu vaccines, and they were not happy about getting shots. After my first son got his and started crying, my second son went running. Fatina was fantastic! She was so patient, and let us take the time we needed to calm him down as much as we could. Another person from the pharmacy also came over to help distract him (I missed her name in the craziness!) They talked him through it, and Fatina gave them a hug after it was all done. We SO appreciated their kindness and patience!
