Why is it every single time I call this location, It takes them forever to answer the phone!! (pharmacy) EVERY SINGLE TIME !! they’ll literally pick up the phone and then put me on hold. Meanwhile, the one down the street picks up within 5 minutes. I think it’s time to switch.

Terrible pharmacy experience. I always to have call the staff to override the computer that constantly overrides my brand specific prescription written by my doctor and fills it as the generic. They didn't bother running my insurance which triggered the refill too early and insurance wouldn't pay for it. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere.

I get things take time but this pharmacy is very poorly run - insane wait times, inaccurate times given on refills, and when you just want to call and see if something needed is ready they will constantly put you on hold and not answer the phone. Go anywhere else….

WORST Pharmacy ever. Don’t expect to spend less than 20 minutes waiting for prescriptions that are supposed to be ready. Drive through might actually be slower than walking in. 10/10 Do not recommend.

Pharmacy here is terrible. I was getting a prescription transferred from another Walgreens location to this one and after 4 days received an email saying that the transfer was denied. I called into this location to learn more as to why and after being on hold for 10+ minutes someone from the pharmacy answered. Right after I asked my initial question he audibly said “ugh” before hanging up and ending the call. I called back and the pharmacy continually kept answering the phone to then put it back on hold.
Would not recommend this location, would recommend going to the CVS across the street instead.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before having my doctor send my prescription here. My doctor sent in a prescription on Wednesday, and after a few hours without any notifications, I called to verify if they had received it. They claimed they hadn’t, so I had my doctor resend it.
Later that night, I checked the app and realized they hadn’t been processing it because they needed my insurance information. I filled out the information and submitted photos of my insurance. On Thursday, I called the pharmacy again to ask if they received the insurance and when I could pick up my prescription. After some hesitation, they told me they could fill it by closing that night.
Then, I received a notification from the app saying it was out of stock. I called again on Friday, and they informed me they would be getting some by Monday or, at the latest, Tuesday. Well, it’s Tuesday now, and when I called, the person who answered was rude and had a bad attitude. She claimed they still didn’t have my insurance, so I provided the information again. She then put me on hold for over 40 minutes while I was at work, forcing me to jump off for a meeting.
As soon as I could, I called back only to hear about another delay on the medication, with no clear resolution in sight. They informed me I could either pay an outrageous amount for the name brand that my insurance won’t cover or try a different pharmacy. If they had been upfront about this information, I would have had my prescription sent elsewhere instead of wasting days without a medication I need.
Awful service—please avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

This is the 3rd time in a row where I call to ask about a prescription and all they do is put you on hold and keep putting you on hold over and over to not take your call. Scripts are always late
. Don’t use this Walgreens if it’s for prescriptions. Go anywhere else but here.

Ordered photos online, after not hearing anything after an hour of the expected completion I drove to the store location to be told they couldn’t fulfill my order. Once I left then they sent a confirmation of my order being cancelled super inconvenient and unprofessional. Had I been notified earlier I could have placed my order elsewhere. This is not the first time that the photo department here has been a let down with customer service.

This is my go-to drugstore... in the past, it was shoddy customer service but its great now. The pharmacy has a good RX manager who helped with a complicating refill and was so incredibly helpful and mind (Giang Nguyen), Christine has been a great friendly help often, and Desenia is an epic machine, working the RX phones and helpibg customers, enough work for 3 people, and with these last 2 refills helped us out with getting us our coupon to work easily. Thank you, Desenia!!
