They wouldn't give me a refund for a hoverboard I bought because I had to use it for 20 minutes to find out that it didn't work. But hey it's okay, I could afford to donate $150 to Walmart, I'm a college student after all

Written by Shirley Worst walmart in history, First and foremost there is no management ! Employees are like puppets, the so called floor managers are rude, smartsses has no knowledge of what their job should be. Most of them not from America. Speak broken English. Cannot ok or override a simple problem. . The checkouts don't take coupons, computers are not programed to accept coupons, yet no one can override it. After calling the manufacturer of my coupons that I use often has been notified of how WALMART does not honor them. Now sometimes they might honor just one coupon with any purchase ? So if I have 3 different coupons and 50 items..(choose which coupon I want to us.) THIS SO CALLED SUPER WALMART ON 16 AVE BETHANY , PHOENIX, SPECTRUM MALL IS NOT SUPER. The area is not safe as well. !!! Guards all over you feel crowded. But what for... S.B just skip this one it needs to be closed down..

Schedule oil change two weeks ago... it took them 1 hour to tell me they didn't have my filter and sent me back home. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 4:00 pm... arrived... they are close!!!! Great thanks for the heads up!

Worse Customer service out of any Walmart I've ever been to. I needed them to unlock the socks and I went up to customer service twice and they tried to radio the people but no one ever came. I ended up taking them over 15 minutes to finally find the person and then a person came up to me and made it know that it was my fault for not pressing the button even though I was instructed by three different employees to go to customer service and ask. And finally, when the lady came, she ended up helping someone else out. I will say that there was a very helpful woman who is trying to help me track down the lady through through the radio, and she even walked to the back to try to find her

attended the 6:50 showing of "despicable me 4" at the harkins located in the same shopping plaza. after experiencing a shift in the universe inside theater 5, i was craving a classic pillsbury 20 count character cookie with a MINION atop it. not being an idiot, i checked on the walmart website beforehand and was informed that they were located in aisle A22. NOT true. i circled the coolers where they should've been several times to make sure my eyes didn't deceive me. in that moment, i felt a rage brewing inside of me that no man on earth has ever seen the likes of. nobody at this supercenter will ever truly know what it felt like to be in my shoes in that moment but i felt my physical dna changed for the worst. don't know if i'll ever be able to show my face here again.

Went to get my oil change and they couldn't get the drain plug off. Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me they couldn't do it. Even with a schedule appointment. Technicians are inexperienced. Later that day went to take 5 they pulled the plug with their hands don't waste your time.

It was horrible service when I arrived at Walmart i went in asked a worker where the pet food was at They said they didn't no this same thing happened with 3 More worker's then I went around the whole store looking for dog food area, when I finally found it i attempted to lift a 46 pound bag of food and I dropped it while a worker seen me struggle without offering to help she said that's not her Job while walking away i asked 1 other worker too please help me he replied no English walking away i struggled over 13 minutes to lift the bag I'm 56 Year Old and have health issues,. Then I grabbed 30 pound bag of cat food and nobody helped i spent over 15 minutes trying to lift the bag I then grabbed 2 different fish plants when I went to the Cash register the plant was 8$ on the sign it was 15$ i said that item is 8 48 she argue with me when I told her todo a price check and she said she was to busy for that then next plant was 1 $. She said there's no tag i said there a dollar she wouldn't even do a price check. When she rang up dogfood she made me lift the bag of dog food myself so she can Ring it up This was the worst service IV ever had in 35 years I'll never be back to that store

The general manager is up to his rotten tricks again. Friday night at the electronics department and one person to help 12 people in line. No one at the register in sporting goods or cosmetics, and this is the Friday before Christmas, yep Walmart proving they do not give a tinkers damn about customers at this location.

Walmart grocery delivery sucks. Drivers with pants around their ankles, broken-down old cars with no A/C, always trying to force HUGE tips in the app. So I tried their 30-day free trial of in-home delivery, where tips are supposedly included. As soon as I tried to schedule my delivery, it told me there was a FOUR HOUR WINDOW for delivery. F&*k that! Then I wasted 15 minutes trying to cancel this appalling service, and of course the app is useless and can't cancel because of technical difficulties. I hate walmart delivery.

If you wanna die in a excruciating way! Go to Walmart on 19th Ave and Bethany home and wait to have someone help you with the tide pod case. I have no way to ping anyone. I've called the store operator 10 times they have yet to send anyone I can't go anywhere else because it's the only store open. Then they tell you your pods are at the self check out. They walk your tide pods over there like they're prisoners. Which I understand because it's in not so nice area, yet they lose my tide pods when I get there so then I have to wait another 10 minutes for someone to find them. The store manager deserves a F-, it's not even a grade but the store super failed.

I come to Walmart with the intention of getting out fast seeing that I just needed pants, got handed the wrong size by a lady who's mute, still helped nonetheless and I'm very grateful for her assistance. What I am not grateful for is the fact that I had to wait another 35 minutes for some pants (because this store is notorious for locking up just about EVERYTHING including work clothes) I never ended up purchasing because no other associate showed up to help after asking three more times and having an overworked stocker ask over the intercom. I ended up walking out empty handed and saw more than 6 associates standing at the door just chatting about their day not even greeting us out. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I went to get an oil change and it took them over 2 hours and counting for them to complete an oil change mind you the car that was in front of me when I pulled up is gone along with other vehicles that have came after me. If I could give them a quarter of a star I definitely would.
