On my birthday I wanted A watch so I went to this Walmart on 51 ave and Indian school rd They had my watch in stock but the manager for this area refuses to come to the jewelry area I have been back 4 times trying to purchase this watch even today with 4 managers within 12 feet of that area could not get the person that services this area to come and do the job but noted several mangers beside the 4 managers from that area to my walk to the pet food area and back waiting another 8 miniates

Since you're working on fixing up the store, can you replace your faded basically non-existent stop sign, & the potholes that lead into your parking lot? Also could you enforce some sort of expectation that your employees actually attend to the needs of the shoppers? No one ever has a key nor do they know how to find someone that does.

Went today to buy my groceries and baby formula on the baby section I asked for the formula and they send me to the front we then went to the front at the register counter I asked them and she said to me that I had to go back and get it from the baby section so I explained to her what happened she didn't understand so I asked her to talk to the manager which was even worse then her and rude. I asked for the store manager a name and he said that was him his name is Alex and he was the boss according to him. Please if anyone can tell me how to get in contact with his regional manager that would be great. I've been buying at the sand store for many years and this is the first time someone treats me like that.

The service here is TERRIBLE. The workers are extremely rude and the manager is very unprofessional. I was on the phone while in line and the worker started laughing at me. I asked to speak to someone else, told them the worker was being rude and the manager got sent over to us. She was even ruder. If you're just going to shop come here but if you need to speak to an associate or manager go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

deafly wouldn't recommend this Walmart to nobody people in customer service are so rude very disrespectful. Don't know what customer services try to do a return spend over $900 and still had a hard time returning an item when I had to receipt brand new items it's only one day old. Save your trip go to a different Walmart. !!!!!!

We attempted to purchase Legos in the toy section which were locked up. After pressing the button, and waiting 10 minutes. I contacted the ladies at the cosmetics dept. They radio a person over, after an additional 10 minutes no one showed up. We saw another associate walk by, after another 10 minutes they tried to get someone with keys no one came after over 35 minutes. Extremely dissatisfied as I am a regular customer, I spend over $300 a week at this store. My son was looking forward to getting his Legos. Also called the store phone number several times, and someone kept hanging up.

Trash ass employees who don't know what their doing here. Asked for a bill to be broken so could get change to use the key maker (in Walmart) waited 15 min in a line just to be told customer service would do it and customer service was rude and told me I had to buy something on top of the key to even get change since when do u have to buy something to get change to buy something??

BY FAR THE WORST WALMART IN THE VALLEY ! Associates show no urgency. No sense of efficiency, they don't know where things are. Don't bother to get you help. Worst customer service you can ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AN EXTRA 3 MILE DRIVE TO ANOTHER WALMART. Save yourself some stress from this shit show

Bring your own cart from outside they don't bring them to the entrance like every other store in civilization. Selection is almost entirely in on Spanish.

Been sitting here for a 45mins I been calling I been looking for staff I been told by many employees they will grab someone and no one comes. I ate a lunchable no one cared my food is about warm now I'm gonna be doing dinner late now it's now 8:18 this Walmart needs more active people in departments this ridiculous so sad to loose costumers like this

Order pick up is bad. Should've just gone in the store to get my stuff. Waiting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes to get my stuff.

Hours on the official website are posted but they do not follow them apparently. I've been turned away twice and it was 9 pm rude ladies yelling across the parking WE ARE CLOSED!! Never again I rather drive far than go here!

These people diss respect your time and money I put in an order for 4 shirts and it's not ready after hours for pick up . So I come back the next day and they come to help me and say wait a sec and they'll be back with the order . To waiting 30 mins to finding out I'm forgotten to then find out my order was canceled so to them not having the product ... and I received no email or text on this .

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to in my life. They aren't sanitizing carts. There aren't even any carts for that. When you ask them where you should get a cart they say "most of them are outside" and tell you to go grab one yourself. Very disappointed.
