Hi,what I ment to say,your truck drivers are safe,pleasant,and curteous not curious,sorry it's early.I miss driving trucks so much.Walmart drivers are always professional,well dressed,love the uniforms.Their GM in Buckeye az Bill Hudnell is supportive,personable,gets his team and drivers involved in community fund raising,and personally thanks them.This is good for moral and appreciated.Happy boss=happy drivers.You will always feel safe on the road with Walmart truck drivers.The trucks are clean,and well maintainenced,they have smart mechanics,a safe,clean shop,always address any problem quickly.All work together for success!Keep up the good work.

Showed up to pick up my 5-item order and have been waiting close to 40 minutes for it. I checked in on the app like it instructed and even tried to call the line they have posted to verify but no one picked up either time. Don't bother doing pickup, you're better off going elsewhere or just shopping yourself.

It used to be a good store but now I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it..with everything locked up and no customer service to help, it takes forever to get your shopping done. During checkout I stood in line for 15 minutes just to have the register closed in front of me . I was told. I had to get in another line to check out. Walking with a cane I couldn't stand for another 20 minutes. I was told I had no choice. Wrong, I did, I left the store Beware, They don't honor their warranties. They don't answer their phones and the managers don't have time to talk to you!

Store is quickly moving towards all self check out...one cashier for 40 min line. Asked for another cashier was told that was the only one, self check out available. I pointed out it was a shame walmarts profits last year they couldn't afford cashiers. Went and got my cart out of line and pushed it over to customer service and left it there and notified employee i did and why. Now im sure the 1000 a month my wife and i use to spend there isnt 10 minutes of revenue in a store that size but instead of paying a cashier they got to pay someone to put everything back. Doesn't seem like good business practice,but there's always amazon and ebay as walmart is closing stores around the country.

Super unhelpful don't even ask we're anything is they will just look at you like it never existed. No help at all from staff I got frustrated and left. Sadly all I needed was three simple things.

The pickup order system is flawed. From the time of showing up and notifying the store of the parking space #, people were outside waiting up to 2 hrs before leaving without their order. I myself left after 20 minutes if being told it is coming out. There were heated people outside their vehicles starting to become irate. Good luck if you are NOT smart enough to avoid this on a Saturday or Sunday as today is Sunday.

I had a wonderful experience here that I just wanted to share. I come to this Walmart a ton for work and so I'm always picking up supplies and I've always had a great interaction with any of the staff at this location. But this experience in particular really stood out to me. I asked one of the managers, Rene, for help, and he immediately helped me out in one of the kindest interactions that I've had with any Walmart employee. He was so happy, so helpful and resolved my question with ease. I also was standing in line to check out, and there was a woman at one of the self checkouts that was attempting to check out with a case of waters. She was a little bit older, and was having trouble picking up the case of waters to try to scan it on the counter herself, and I saw another employee, Joe, notice this. He dropped what he was doing and rushed over to immediately take the waters from her, and showed her how to scan it without having to pick it up, and placed it back in the cart for her so she didn't have to bend back down again to try to put them away. He even helped her load up the rest of her items back into her cart. Both of these team members were absolutely phenomenal, and I really felt like they cared about not only their jobs and responsibilities, but also the well-being of their customers. I have come here a million times, and because of this interaction I will come here a million more times. Highly recommend.

Four stars goes to the employee who checked me out . She was very efficient and such a breath of fresh air. So friendly. However the bathroom was nasty and there was a homeless man washing himself.

DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER HERE! I placed an order to be delivered AND paid the extra 2 hour or less fee. NOT ONLY WAS MY ORDER DELAYED, I found out that a driver picked up my order and took it back to the store. No one contacted me. I was waiting all day for the order. I just called and cancelled it because no one had any idea when the order would be delivered. What a damn waste.

Most terrible customer service ever, my husband and i went in to get a replacement of a receipt and we waited 45 min customer service manager or idk what she was would just walk by us and every time we asked for updates they would ignore us. I approaches both of them and the one all tatted said WHAT to me in an attitude, i asked the customer service associate working to give me both their names she refused and said she did not know their names. When the customer service supervisor came out she had her name covered horrible experience i hope they get disciplined. 0 stars for me never again i will be back for their names best believe.

First time coming here. Needed a place to grab some groceries. This place wasn't bad, it had a variety of everything you needed. Prices were okay. Featured everything you'd expect at a Walmart store. Lines move really quickly though there's always issues at the check out machine with my credit card. Store is a bit dirty and poorly stocked.

It's been two weeks. No answers, no fucks given by Walmart. What a ducking dumpster fire of a company. I did a drive up return for order 200010615773579 on Sunday Dec 10th in the afternoon. A young kid who was training another kid came out, scanned the barcode provided in the app for the return twice and went on their merry way. Now two days later I got a notification that I need to return my item by Jan 5. The item I returned two days previous. Check the app and to my surprise, the return wasn't registered at all. Funny. So where is the item I returned and why did I just spend over 30 minutes on hold with NO MANAGER conveniently available to speak to me and resolve this issue. Where is the item I returned, because your employee took it, and I have not been notified that it was returned so where did it go??? Fix this. It's been TWO weeks now and no one will answer my calls, I'm out of town and I can't just show up at this store. The store address is 3721 E Thomas Rd Phoenix, AZ 85018 United States. This needs to be fixed and my money needs to be returned ASAP.
