I usually go here because it's the closest to where I live. I dropped off my son and stopped here to grab some groceries. I was in there for at least 20 minutes and when I went to go check out, there was not one person at the register. There is only one employee that was tending to the self check outs. I scanned one of the items and it rung up two dollars more so I hit the help button and waited a couple minutes and when she finally got there and noticed that it was marked she said unfortunately she wouldn't be able to adjust it because all of the managers are in a meeting. The fact that no one was at Customer Service to help is mind blowing. This is Walmart $1 billion company and they can't even have an employee that is authorized at the customer service desk to adjust prices which was basically their mistake to begin with.

None. I went today and bought beer. I was carded by the cashier. I had accidentally double charge for my ranch dressing and she looked at my items saw one deleted it. I then proceeded to pay for my items. Not one but two managers said I needed to be cared again? I was confused after I paid for my items said look stop I was already carded they both said you can't have that beer till I see your ID know? I'm 59 years old and was called a liar so I left. I came back because they still charging my credit card. The third manager rattled on do you still want your beer? I hand my driver license she said I don't need to see it just go?? I never felt bullied by all of these managers ever. I will never be disrespected again. Good luck they said the new rules you get carded not once but twice or how ever they feel like before you walk out even if you already paid for it. The managers were just hanging around doing nothing.. before this matter. To many chiefs no engines. They also charge me $1.98 to do an ID check? Let everyone know they're doing this without our approval.. what Walmart

as i got wired prescription to help process along 14th person waiting and served but I waiting to verify my insurance a little little wait but other more complicated appeared to handle anything access best avoided 16 and counting before battery dies

The best little Walmart. People and staff are awesome. Treats me like a queen. Welcomes me,manager Jeffrey,Robert,quibi in Pharmacy,Jose, And all staff,Nicholas,Diana,Sarah in customer service,Bob in Deli, Elmer,Tee great helpers. Love everyone there

After leaving the doctors’s with my sick child I wanted to call before hand to make sure when the medication would be ready. They look it up and tell me 15 minutes. I come here and they say it will be 25 minutes. There is so much inconvenience at this location. You. An be in line and all of a sudden they will announce that they are going on break it’s so rude .

Wal-Mart (virtually all of them, but this one specifically) takes customer service to a new low. I came in earlier today because they (shockingly) carry Inked Keto bread (an outstanding, very low carb bread). I walked in, picked up three loaves (all of which were 3 days past their "best by" date) and self-checked out. When I got home, I noticed my credit card was missing. Before driving back to the store, I called. Selecting "4 for the operator," I waited 8 minutes while it rang until I remembered, Wal-Mart doesn't answer the phone. Ever. Don't believe them when they say your call is important to them. It isn't. And neither are you. P. S. When I came home to put the bread I bought into the freezer, I discovered it was moldy. Back to Wal-Mart for the third time.

3 employees standing around the registers with NOTHING open aside from self checkout. 3 long lines for self checkout with no order to them. Absolutely worthless store.

I waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes with my crying child only to find out my pickup order had been given to someone else. Very frustrating but okay, mistakes happen. They specifically tell me not to request a refund, that my order would be ready the next day and that I'd be given a gift card for the inconvenience. The following day, I receive a $5 off coupon (lucky me!) and a notification that my order had been REFUNDED...this wasn't a fun purchase, it was my family's food for the week. When I call to find out what happened, I'm told that my order could not be duplicated "for some reason" so the manager went ahead and processed the refund--which I should receive in 3-5 days. When I express to him that this was my groceries for the week, he asks me if I can just make the order again...because with how cheap everything is, we all have the funds laying around to just buy our groceries twice, right? When I express that no, that was my grocery budget for the week, he tells me there's a $20 gift card waiting for me at the store. Great! That'll totally replace my $80 grocery order! So incredibly disappointing from Walmart, a billion dollar company, that they would not do their absolute best to get my much needed items into my hands as soon as possible. I would have rather had a gift card for the cost of my groceries so I could have my food when I needed it, but I guess making the lives of their customers harder is more convenient for them. Won't be coming here again, what an absolute nightmare experience.

The pharmacy staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, not helpful at all. If you call to inquire about medication they give you attitude because you aren’t important to them, they don’t care about your health and well-being. Really hope these gentleman get a customer service training course handed to them.

Seriously change the damn hours for the deli. I have asked so many different people behind the counter then the Hispanic gentleman told me it's supposed to be open till at least 8 but is listed online for 9 (I was there at 7:30pm). Today I went at 6:40 the lights for it were on and they said they close it at six everyday. This is ridiculous. I'm going to change to target or another Walmart if it really is six pm. Most people are just barely getting home or off work at that time. I was thinking oh going at 6:30 I'll be fine. They wouldn't shut it down two hours earlier than their website says and the employee said right? Of course I was wrong.
