Moe, Moe, Moe...after 9 years of walmart pharmacy filling a prescription that they failed to catch any red flags/interaction etc,they refuse to even acknowledge their part. Please don't blame it all on my Doctor as it is LITERALLY your job to practice due diligence in this matter. No we're sorry, no return calls from Moe or corporate. I now have hypernatremia and osteoporosis from this medication they didn't double check. I'm currently being checked for diabetes insipidus or cardiac problems due to their failure. Your pharmacy tech literally told me "do what you have to" and walked away. They have been extremely degrading, belittling and downright horrible the moment they see me.You took part of my quality of life, I guess you just don't care

Hi, I was in your store on March 6 and had the pleasure of meeting Darlene in photos. I just wanted you to know you have a very valuable employee there. She was so helpful and so nice. I don't write reviews often but felt compelled to. She is extremely knowledgeable too. I believe she said she's worked there for ten years!

I been coming here regularly since May 2022 since I moved to the area. I been treated with respect, No long lines, very clean, they educated me and my husband on vaccines. They offered Shingles shot since I am over 50yrs of age. Boosters, and Flu shots. idk why the low 2.9 ratings they are all so sweet and kind.

Walked in for covid boosters with my son and had a great experience. Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Very pleased.

I had called ahead and went there to get the vaccine. It was 830 pm. The conceited pharmacist and his assistant were very rude telling me I was inconsiderate to them getting off work at 9 pm because I had to stay for 20 mins after gettingthe shot. So I said "well let's get to it then". Then the girl that gave me the shot crammed it in my arm hard and fast knowing it would hurt more because they were mad . I stayed for 15 mins and they still left at 855. My arm feels like I was shot with a gun.I completely agree with other reviews that there are plenty of close by pharmacies and will not go there again and will recommend to everyone I know not to either.With so many complaints it would behoove them to hire some people that were kind and customer supportive.

The staff has no respect for customers I’ve had more than three instances where I’ve had bad customer service with this pharmacy. Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Aja who did not offer me a consult for a new medication. Then asked me if it was new. Shouldn’t they know... In addition there was no greeting to me as a customer. I’ve had four horrible interactions with this pharmacy.

I took my grandson to Nextcare and had them phone in the RX to Walgreen's knowing there was a drive thru. Unfortunately they did not except his insurance so I called Walmart to have it transferred over as Walmart does except his insurance. Walmart took all the information and said they would call me when it was ready. 3 hours later I called them to check on it and they hadn't even called Walgreen's yet. They are so incompetent and informed me it could take 24 to 48 hours. I told them forget it I will go to Walgreen's and pay for the RX.

Certified pharmacist Vaughn at this location has often gone the extra mile to assist us with various issues regarding our meds. He is an excellent example of a caring and skilled technician and should be honored for doing so consistently throughout the period that we have switched over to using Walmart.

From the first convo I had with a tech I knew the entire atmosphere of this pharmacy. The pharmacy tech treated me like I should know all of their rules and regulations. I told the gal this was my first time getting this type of medication and asked if it was typical to order it at the pharmacy or if they don't carry it in stock at all, ever - and got a rude answer back; like I should know this already. Well lady I don't know this already so that's why I need your help and assistance. I didn't know asking questions meant I was being a burden to a business.

The Walmart Pharmacy at Cactus and Tatum is the best I've ever used. Personnel are consistently pleasant and helpful. My prescriptions are ready as requested and lines are usually not existent but always move quickly. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

The employee Bryce was extremely abrasive and rude to me. He told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, and then after 30 minutes he told me that my insurance doesn't cover prescriptions which is ridiculous because I use it for prescriptions at multiple different establishments. After telling me that he just gave me my insurance card back and walked away. The least he could have done was apologize for the inconvenience or told me to have a good day, but he literally walked away without saying anything. I never leave reviews but this experience really bothered me.
