This was a pick up for me today. They are always so prompt at this metrocenter location. While we waited another employee came up and offered to bring us water and we received a reusable little Walmart bag with some samples inside. First time I ever received anything like this from Walmart.

I just slipped at this Walmart and they did nothing. They called high management and they were almost all off today and short staff! I stated my back hurt and no high management ever came. They told me to call the store manager and no one answers!! I just hope an elderly person doesn’t fall!! This is the store manager that doesn’t answer.

More interested in checking my receipt for the paper towels I bought that don't fit in a bag than stopping homeless people from asking me for help in the parking lot.
Everything is locked behind glass but most of the employees pretend to not know English when you ask for assistance. Might as well just shop online 🤷♂️
